I haven’t been since Covid-19 but I can’t wait until they reopen! I have tried and continue to try other places , and some have been good but none can touch this place…. they’re a little more expensive but well worth it.
They’re all very nice and professional but the best part of this place is Joanna !!! I’ve probably been to maybe 50 or so masseuses but NO ONE can touch Joanna!! Seriously this woman has a God given gift and is just unbelievably amazing. If I were rich I would go to her everyday, I’ve had a lot of surgeries and honestly nothing gives me the quality of life that massages do – meds only go so far and are not good long term etc.. anyway I really hope they and especially JOANNA RETURN SHORTLY!!

Great place for a reasonably priced massage. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable and clean atmosphere. I’m not going anywhere else , recommend !

No frills- but for $25 for an hour foot massage there shouldn’t be an expectation that it will be spa like.
Overall, the massage was decent. My feet felt great afterwards. I did wish the masseuse checked in life and asked about pressure, problem areas, etc.
The only reason I’m knocking off stars is because the massage could have been better, and COVID. I’m not sure how COVID safe this place is. Everyone is wearing masks but the two times I’ve been there, I haven’t seen them wipe down the chairs everyone sits in. 🙁

The massages are ok, but it’s a shady operation. Here’s why. The interior design was clearly done in the cheapest conceivable way, to the point that it looks unfinished. The air is musty because of poor ventilation, and the waiting room has a sign posted on the wall proclaiming the establishment’s indignation towards human trafficking and slave labor, which would be a lot more believable if they didn’t have Chinese women (not trained masseuses, I think) appearing from nowhere available at all hours of the day without appointment.
The customer service is pretty ghetto too. When you get check in for your appointment, the front desk lady (always a different one) tells you in broken English to pay the massage upfront (no reputable establishment does that), you refuse, and she begrudgingly leads you to your massage room. When you come out, you pay and leave a tip for the masseuse while (lo and behold) your masseuse has followed you to the front desk and stands there staring at you while you pull out your credit card, presumably either to shame you into leaving a bigger tip or to make sure the house doesn’t cheat her out of tips (I think the second is more likely). But that’s not all, if you leave a tip that is below their prescribed amount (yes, they have a chart with mandatory tips proportional to your expenditure), the front desk woman refuses to accept it and tells you that you must leave the prescribed tip. I go there because it’s close to where I live, and I can attest that all these things happened to me multiple times.

1 hour body massage for $45 was great. The masseuse starts by putting light pressure on your back with a sheet over your skin. Next comes the hot stones! They oil them and rub all over the back of your body paying attention to each section from neck all the way down to your legs. Then you get a full body massage with oil to the skin. The motions were very detailed and helped lymphatic drainage. My masseuse did a wonderful job. I didn’t know what to expect because of Covid-19? All of us were wearing masks and the room was clean. There was a language barrier because I think they spoke Mandarin but we were able to communicate. Staff was friendly, kind and attentive.

DON’T GO HERE!!!!!! My husband got his back burned. He asked for no stones and they put them on anyway. They didn’t care when we complained. They are the worst.

First time I went I had a male masseuse and I thought what a hidden gem. The place is clean yet very open (hint:wear easy access clothes so you can get nakey quicker than a stripper at a Floyd Mayweather afterparty). I was happy with the massage so I tipped 35%.
This time I told them foot massage only 60 mins and the receptionist took me. She was firm, but in all the right ways. Five minutes in I feel a second pair of hands and they pulled the ole switcheroo on me. It went from firm gentle hands to sandpapery light hands. I’m still confused about how she used so much lotion to still feel leathery. Anyway at the end for the $20 massage I tipped $8 (more than 20%) and I heard her say that was all and smack her lips. I’m sorry but how much more of a tip is needed for $20 foot massage? Especially since her after-swimming- spongy hands made the massage uncomfortable I STILL felt the social pressure and did my best to tip. I basically just tipped by effort not performance.
My advice: have the masseuse lotion their hands with more than air and teach a little bit of faking humility. Wait until I’m gone to insult me.

Like a brand new person. The foot massage was phenomenal and the hot stones are everything! I will be back very soon

Was improperly charged a few months ago. I had to call my credit card company to fight it. They tipped themselves on my card when I decide to leave cash. I guess what I left was not enough for them, Id advise to bring cash and not use a card.

Amazing place!!!! I recently moved to the area and didn’t want to drive to my normal place because it’s 20 minutes away.
This place is double the price of my normal place but it is so worth it! I did the 90 minute (60 min body + 30 min foot) massage. It’s an oil massage with hot stones. YES!!!!!! Hot stones!!! I paid $50 for this. Next time I come I will definitely do the 60 minute body massage without the foot which is $40. I wasn’t a fan of the foot massage.. the constant rubbing in the same area was too much for me. My skin starts to feel… raw?
I had Alice… WONDERFUL! My wife had Susan who was wonderful!!
I hope to go back before I move again.
