Highly recommend Kacie for a massage. She has provided the best and very relaxing service Swedish massage in the area. I’ve traveled to Avila, monterey and Carmel for massages before and she’s 5 stars. Every time I’ve gone over the past few years she makes sure to know my problem areas beforehand. She’s professional and doesn’t talk to you while you’re relaxed on the massage table. Never rushed and feel refreshed/ renewed ready to schedule my next appointment!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I have been having some lower back and shoulder issues due to my muscles tightening too much and Kasie is such a healer. She is very professional and always aware of my comfort level. I will definitely come back for another amazing massage! Thank you Kasie!

Just had an incredible 60 minute deep tissue massage with Kasie. The ambiance is soothing, the space is calming, and the staff is knowledgeable and talented. So glad to have found something comparable to massages from the Bay Area! Thank you guys!

I go to Shawna for waxing and she is professional, friendly, fun, and takes care of everything you need! She makes sure you are comfortable; the environment is always clean, neat, and pleasant. Everything smells good (which is something that is always important to me) and the whole salon although small, looks like it is well taken care of. I also like that they will email you the receipt, which is great for the environment!
The only complaint I have is that the business owner recently raised the prices and although I don’t have a problem with raising prices to cover rising business costs, the raise should be minimal so that the customer does not see a huge increase all at once. There was recently a 25% increase in the price and that is huge. Also, when I went to pay, the owner did not warn me about the new prices, they did not send out an email to their clients informing them of the change in prices, nor did he really explain anything when I asked about the unexpected charges (I had to ask Shawna about it later). In my experience, this is something you want to help ease your regular clients into and let them know, especially with a 25% price hike.

I came here looking for a great massage. I’ve had quite a few “misses” since moving back to the Central Valley and was hesitant on spending more money on a facility that did not meet my expectations. Simple Serenity met my expectations and more! The massage was excellent and my therapist, Shawna, was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was so impressed I decided to enroll into their membership! Looking forward to more massages and services here.
