Surprisingly great. I was scrambling all afternoon trying to book an appointment for a facial and a massage, and I finally caved and decided to at least get the massage tonight. I’ve been eyeing Saratoga Foot Spa for a while, awaiting their opening and I finally decided to give it a try. Definitely underrated. I came in with low expectations because I figured it will be another subpar foot spas but I was mistaken.
Here’s why they get 5 stars.
1. You can’t beat the price. $30 for an hour foot massage, and in my case, a 90 minute body massage for $75. Hot stone and all.
2. Clean! It is still relatively new so they are still really clean. But that’s not all, as I was leaving after using their restroom, I saw the gal(who massaged me) cleaning the room right away. Removed the sheets and towels off the table ready for wash.
3. Massage was great! She started off the massage very lightly but she felt the knots and went to town. She unknotted my left shoulder, which I’ve had for over a couple of weeks now. She didn’t stop until it was gone! I didn’t think she had much strength because she was tiny but she was strong.
4. The owner, I’m assuming, up front was sweet and friendly. He accommodated me right away.
5. Overall a great experience. Everyone else was nice too. Typically the everyone just stares at you as you pass by but they all smiled as I waked in and out.
I already made an appointment for my partner tomorrow!

This was an interesting experience since it wasn’t your typical spa type massage, but I can really complain for $30/hr. At the same time, 4 people are in 1 room getting a massage. You lay down on what seems like a cushion. They start out by soaking your feet. While you’re still face up on the bed, they massage your back which I find a bit weird since they flipped us over afterwards. Since there was other people in the room and we kept our clothes off, it was awkward for them to dig under my shirt and pants to massage me…
The masseuse were all whispering to each other and shuffling around which made it distracting. My guy was also coughing a lot too which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the massage was decent, but I came out not really sure how I felt about it.

Called ahead for a foot massage the other day and was surprised that they are now open! Over the past ~6 months, called and got a voicemail stating that the City of San Jose didn’t give their massage permit to operate?!?
The massage parlor consisted of ~4 foot massage “beds” in a communal setting and ~3 full body “beds” partitioned by merely sheer curtains that are see-through.
Foot massage started with a foot bath, before moving on to a face, scalp, and arm massage. The foot massage was decent and ended with some hot stones on the feet?!?
The last ~10-15 minutes consisted of a back massage over a towel which was decent.
$25/hour and they take credit cards.
…I didn’t see any “membership” promos, or pre-paid promos.

I come in last minute without an appointment. I received a foot massage & Nancy greeted us. She was super friendly & welcoming. She even owns the nail shop next door & gave me a tour. Her nail shop is offering $30 for a mani & pedi combo. That is a great deal! The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way, was that Nancy asked us to pay up front, but she did not ask another non-minority gentleman to pay before he received his service. I was too tired to make a big deal about it, & it honestly took me off guard.
Gin did my foot massage, it did such a good job that I fell asleep. The foot message was $25.

Just had another 2 hour massage from Leo and it was amazing!
The price for 2 hours is $60. There’s a $2 fee if you use a debit card. They will take cash of course. Always tip your therapist in cash, it makes it easier for both the owner and your therapist.
The massage is consistent. I always leave extremely relaxed and at ease. The last time I went in before tonight, I had a really bad sciatica flare up. I told Leo and he got working on my gluteus and IT band. It was heaven! Today I was more quiet and he concentrated on my shoulders.
Definitely try this place out if you’re looking for an amazing massage!

I’ve been to many of these foot spas before and I know that some are hit or miss depending on the masseuse. However, this was my first time here and the person I had really lacked proper skills and bedside manner. She was rough and hasty in her delivery and I had some high friction ribs rather than massage. Even for $30 I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
The owner at the front was very cordial, which was a plus. I did express my concerns with her lack of skill to him to give him feedback. If I were the owner, I’d want feedback too.

I went yesterday for a foot massage and body massage, great massage. I didn’t tell the lady where I was hurting, but she found it, the knot in my upper left back and shoulder, and she got it.

Had visited this place for 5 times, overall experiences were very good with different massage staff. This place is on my top list when I feel like having a foot massage.
Update: today is the first time I appointed someone to give me a foot massage. CiCi had good reviews from other clients so I was excited to meet her for the service. She’s a warm and very nice lady; she even gave me a good suggestion for my skin care at the end of the session. Unfortunately, she was just rubbing my body the whole time with no pressure and even skipped some massage procedures (I know cause I’ve been there several times). After I told her it’s ok to press harder twice, she was not responding well enough. She also started the massage later than other staff but finished early for my session. Just a bit disappointed today …

A Completely Professionally Run Business With Top-Notch Service — NO JOKE!
This afternoon was my first time patronizing Saratoga Foot Spa, as I wanted to treat my boyfriend, and I, to a massage. I opted to book us, in advance, for two 90-minute “Combos” (body and reflexology + hot stones were weaved into the massages). The proprietor, Rick, was OUTSTANDING in his promptness to replying to my inquiry as he made it so easy to set up an appointment that was convenient for me.
Upon arrival this afternoon, there was AMPLE parking, and the ambiance was SANITARY, INVITING, and just gave you the SENSE OF ‘CALM.’ For a 90-minute “Combo,” the price was WELL WORTH IT and NOT expensive. For $60, a 90-minute treatment was BEYOND what I expected as the massage therapists did FAR MORE than what I’ve experienced when receiving massages. As I’m a Type One Diabetic, I have to be “alert” of sanitary places, especially when dealing with my feet as I don’t want infections. Lucky for me, this place had their foot baths wrapped in a fresh ‘plastic lining’ with inviting warm water, clean white towels and overall, it just made one feel they were receiving quality care/treatments. The therapists were most gracious and truly wanted to make sure we, as the clients, were comfortable at all times.
Overall, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here as the QUALITY of SERVICES is provided and there is a sense of PRIDE IN OWNERSHIP as this business is operated well. Plus, all those we interacted with here were sincere and well-trained in their practice of massage.

I like how quiet this place is compare to other places. Workers try to be quiet and not talk to each other as much, they whisper if they have to. This place also has AC so it doesn’t feel cramped or smell like sweat inside. Price is reasonable and massage was decent for me to come back.

I was looking for a Foot Spa within my area to go with my fiancée this place came up. I read the reviews and called first to see if they had availability they did.
I just say I agree with the other reviewers. The place is very clean, nicely set up, staff was nice and the gentleman at the front was very polite and nice. Definitely know how to treat a customer.
We will be going back on a monthly basis. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a Foot Spa within the Saratoga area.

First time going to this spa, I wanted a no nonsense foot and body massage, called a few hours ahead and got in. The front desk man was very accommodating. My therapist (male) was good, I tend to prefer females but it was not uncomfortable at all. No talking, which I truly appreciated. Will definitely go back again. Prices are beyond reasonable. The place is very quiet, which is a huge plus. I almost fell asleep from being so relaxed.

Definitely one of the best ones around and I’ve been to many. Clean place, staff is professional and nice. The massage was at the exactly the right pressure and helped work out the knots. Will be coming back very soon!

Clean, nice front desk who speaks English and I have never been disappointed here. I recommend having a mini pamper day by going here then next door for a mani/pedi. My friend and I do this once a month :).
