I had a fantastic experience with Richard as my massage therapist on Monday, January 6th, 2020!
I made an appointment because of all the hard work I did getting ready for the holidays and taking it all down. Did a lot of heavy lifting which was hard on my 57 year old body. He worked on me for an hour and did therapy on my back and neck which was very sore and immediately after my massage I felt so much better!! I was able to return to the gym yesterday and start out slowly with an exercise regimen.
I bought a package of 5 massages, so I’ll definitely be back for more therapy throughout the year

Great people who know their profession! They’ve been very kind, informative and helpful. My visits have been very productive. The soreness in my joints have been relieved and my knees are working better with less pain. If you need to relax or need a healing touch…Russ Medical and Sport Massage is the place to go! Rick and staff are very warm and welcoming. They work with you, for you, and along side you as you are treated. Thanks Rick and Steve and staff! You’re awesome!

Russ was fantastic. I hurt my back a week before the Pittsburgh Marathon and he got me in a place where I was able to run. I’m very thankful for the help and I anticipate going back, not only when I am hurt, but also as routine maintenance on my body.

I always move & feel much better after an appointment with Rick or one of his other massage therapists. I really like deep tissue massage and they are very good at it. I’ve always gotten a 1 hour appointment and get a full body massage. My low back/hip flexors/glutes are a problem area for me. I always feel pain-free and looser/more mobile after an appointment.

I am a competitive cyclist and I come in once a month to get a “tune-up”. Coming into Russ Medical and Massage has become an integral part of my training plan. Highly recommended for any athlete looking to gain an edge on the competition.

I go regularly to Rick Russ and it does a body good to have a massage done. Very professional office staff as well as extremely friendly.

Like many people, my work requires that I sit behind a computer all day. Because of this, my back, shoulders, and neck are always a wreck, the pain makes me miserable (just as my wife). Russ Medical and Sport Massage is a Godsend. Whenever the pain seems like it will never go away, I make an appointment with one of the qualified massage techs at Russ, and their healing hands never cease to amaze me. I had an appointment with the Head Honcho Rick this morning, and I can’t tell you how much better I feel already. What’s great about them is that they really want to find the root cause of your pain so that they can do everything they can to fix it. They also educate you the entire time, so that you can take preventative measures at home to help stop the pain before it happens. If you’ve never had a medical massage and you’re a little nervous about it, don’t be. These guys are professionals, and I guarantee you that you’ll leave feeling better than when you walked in–and you’ll be coming back for more! Thanks, Rick and gang, for all the great work you do!

A large part of aging well is the ability to move well. Muscles pay a huge part in that ability. To me, Rick is a “Magic Man” with them. When I come in, he will ask what I body part I am aware of that day, but it isn’t long after I’m on the table that he knows exactly why I have that “issue”. My monthly visits are mandatory in my mind for the knowledge, care and body awareness I receive in his presence and the ease of movement that is the result.

Russ Medical is GREAT! I had a problem with sciatic nerve in the left hip and within 2 visits the pain went from a 9-10 down to a 1. I went to chiropractic for 3 treatments prior to going to Russ Medical, but the pain was still there even after 3 weeks. Rick was able to take the stress off the muscles and within a couple days I could feel the results. If you have pain you got to give these guys a try, you won’t be dissapointed.

Every time I have a pain I come here and they help me out. I’ve tried chiropractors and other competitors but Russ seems to be the best!!

rick keeps me working, he’s not allowed to retire until i do! massage is a huge part of my regular health care. As a massage therapist myself i’m extremely particular and i’ve yet to find anyone else as skilled. My husband see’s steve or nathan occasionally for pain and stiffness due to psoriatic arthritis, and finds both of them to be very helpful in keeping him mobile as well!
