My family absolutely loves Dr. Xu! Even my teenage son! She has helped with any issues we’ve had. I wasn’t a big believer in acupuncture until we met her-she knows what she’s doing, and if she suggests herbs, take them! Highly recommend! We’ve also had massage therapy here, and really felt pampered!

I commuted all the way from Ballard for the better part of a year just to see the acupuncturist, Dr. Xu. She really helped me with a lot of chronic pain issues. For me she did acupuncture, moxibustion, cups, and herbal consults. Her herbal remedies also worked really well for a variety of miscellaneous ailments I brought up with her. She takes time to listen to you about your specific concerns/needs and she takes care to see what is/isn’t working. Would definitely recommend!

One of their practioners flaked on me with no apology. Thanks for wasting my time. Had I done this, I’d have been charged.

Seems like a great place but the person answering the phone couldn’t even answer my first question which insurance they take; or even if they except my insurance plan or not. This is a standard question, kind of shocked that I have to drive there before they can tell me if they except my insurance or not.

Jeri Hinman is an exceptional therapist. I went in for a sore back. She instructed me on stretching to no pain zone. Every stretch helped me improve my movements and help eliminate the pain weekly. I had 5 visits and felt 100 percent better. Thank you Jeri. The entire office mood is relaxing the second you walk in the door. The best therapy atmosphere I have encountered. Wonderful place.

So many healing options here. Great place I frequent regularly for PT, massage and facials.
