Booked an appt for a swedish 60 minute massage on Thursday morning. Sandrine was my masseuse and she was absolutely amazing.
Parking was very easy. Street parking available right in front of the building, 2 hour parking Mon – Fri. I opened the front doors and found myself standing in a relaxing hidden gem. Checking in was smooth and easy. The front desk had hand sanitizer stations and clear dividers. You pay before the treatment starts. They accept spaweek gift cards! You have the option of paying the gratuity then or after your treatment.
I was directed to go upstairs and meet Sandrine. Everyone was friendly. Sandrine asked if I wanted her to focus on any particular areas of my body. At the end of the session, I was offered a hot towel to wipe off the oil, or to take a shower (all optional). She also mentioned that outdoor gazebos can be requested for massage sessions if anyone feels better being outside, but I opted for inside since it was a chilly day.
I check out at the front desk, ask to pay the gratuity on the card I had on file, was given a water bottle. I felt so refreshed and relaxed for the rest of the day. Thank you Sandrine!
* Hot tubs are temporarily closed. Would definitely come back to try these out when it’s safe for then to reopen the hot tubs again!

My parents had always treated themselves to massages here for their anniversary every few years, which is how I first heard of it. For my birthday one year, my dad gifted me and my mom with massages, and I was so excited to finally experience it for myself! Even though it was years ago, I still remember how relaxed and elated I felt after leaving — my masseuse had kneaded every knot of stress right out of me and I was ready to fall asleep right then and there!
This time last year, I surprised my boyfriend with a couple’s massage for his birthday. He’d never had a massage before then, and as a no-frills kind of guy, he didn’t really know what to expect. They had us in the same room (pre-covid, mind you!) with a small steam area that we sat in for 15 minutes before our massage. We then enjoyed our massages in beds beside each other; our massage therapists were awesome and made sure to communicate with us to know exactly what we wanted without talking loudly or disrupting the peaceful atmosphere in the room. I was so relaxed that my boyfriend claims I was snoring (ha!).
After our massage, we were able to enjoy a shower across the hall with an incredible rain shower head that allowed us to clean up and wake up after almost falling asleep on the massage table. My boyfriend was thoroughly impressed after that experience and I think I’ve successfully converted him to a life of luxury 😉
Things to note: it IS expensive, however you get your money’s worth. This is definitely a special occasion experience for me. They also offer other spa services and packages — be sure to check their monthly specials as they do rotate. Not sure how they’re operating during quarantine but I’d say it’s probably still worth it to go!

It’s Covid 2020, and Watercourse Way is open again!!! While hot tubs and cold plunges are available, the steam showers and saunas are features you can’t enjoy QUITE yet.
But for the month of November, there is a great special to fill up rooms on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday! So…for the price of 60 minutes, you can enjoy a 90 minute tub!
And since we’re in the middle of a new international Covid outbreak, it was very nice to see they are taking temperatures, enforcing mask rules, and that the entire place reeks of bleach and disinfecting products.
Thank you for opening up right in time for my birthday month. I booked a room each week in November so that I could spend my last bit of 38 pampering myself.
I can’t wait for some of my favorite amenities to return: like the steam showers and complimentary tea. But I’m ecstatic to get back into a hot tub and cold plunge!

Updating my review to a 5 star because of Nikita! I had the best prenatal massage yesterday. I’ve been here I believe 4 times during my pregnancy for a prenatal massage. Each time was good, but my most recent with Nikita was amazing. Will definitely be back for her!

Very pleasant experience here! My bf and I had the Nine Bats room for 1 hour which was a good amount of time for us to relax and take off the day.
R O O M
Nine Bats was by far the most appealing room we saw on the website! The requirements we had when choosing a room were: no skylight, tile tub, and cold plunge. So with the rooms narrowed down, we had to have this one. The room was so beautiful. The wall art of the stingrays and the ceiling stars made the room feel cozy and romantic. I definitely recommend. The only fallout I have is that the music shut off towards the beginning of the hour so we sat through the rest of the time with no background sound/music.
P R I C I N G
The room is considered Premium so it was $37 for each of us for one hour. Upon reserving our time slot on the phone, we were asked to put down a deposit which was the price of one person ($37) which goes towards the total amount due. So when arriving at the appointment we were charged for the other $37. I believe the deposit is only for first time customers.
Would definitely be interested in coming again and maybe trying out another room!

Melody is The One. The literal Neo of massage therapists. I don’t have much else to say. I’m a tall fellow that has always had bad posture and sort of accepted my fate. Her skills and techniques literally unlocked my body. I am sitting and standing more upright than ever in my life, and with no effort. My body feels like it has been restored, and I feel like I’ve discovered a part of my life that I never knew existed. There’s levels to this, and she has set the bar extremely high for me going forward.
I had problem areas that I didn’t know existed, and I really felt like she corrected a lot of dysfunction within my body. It was the most targeted and detailed massage I’ve ever had if that makes sense, and I usually get massages several times a year. She deserves the highest award if there ever were one. Just don’t hog u p all her appointment times. Thanks.

I love Watercourse Way and every visit get’s better than the last. For starters, this spa is gorgeous with all the Buddhist zen vibes. You can relax in peace and style in their private rooms wether you’re here for a massage, facial, or just to chill and use their hot tubs and sauna. Their rooms are exceptionally clean with a nice whiff of aromatherapy – huge bonus for your senses. They get major aesthetic points from me.
I’ve come here for about almost every service they offer: massages, facials, hot stones, hut tubs, sauna – you name it. My last visit was for a quick soak and detox in their eight stars room which includes a sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, shower, and rest area. I’ve also been in one pine and nine bats and you really can’t go wrong with any room they put you in. You can rent the room for an hour (or more) and my total came out to be about $80 for 2. There’s no cheap (good) spas, so I can’t come here as often as I would like without making my bank account cry. But well worth the spontaneous treat.
Call anytime – the front desk people are incredible, warm and welcoming. The biggest plus for me is their hours: 8am – 12:30 am on Fridays and Saturdays (11:30 pm every other day). You can easily grab a bite to eat and wait for traffic to die down before heading to your appointment.

Had a 1.5 hr. Massage with Camille this morning. She was awesome. She asked about trouble areas and I immediately told her about my plantar fasciitis (foot pain). When my massage was over. I sat up and stood on my feet without pain. I haven’t been able to do that in months. I am not saying she cured my plantar fasciitis but it sure did feel nice to stand up and not feel pain. Thanks Camille.

I love soaking in a hot tub, but getting one installed at my own house and keeping it maintained is too much of a money & time commitment for me. I don’t do massages (I don’t like strangers touching me that way) but I’ll happily come back here any time for an hour in their hot tub rooms whenever I’ve got a special occasion and I just want to relax.
You’ve got your choice of different rooms with different themes. Some have skylights while others do not (I personally love the star dome the Nine Bats room has instead). Some have just hot tubs, some also have a cold plunge for you to cool off, some have just a regular shower while others have a steam shower (essentially a sealed-off separate room that is both shower and steam room). There’s a twin bed in each if you want to lie down outside of the tub as well, and they give a complimentary cup of tea to sip when you enter.
My husband initially found this place as somewhere to go together on our anniversary one year, and we’ve been back once since for my birthday. My feet are normally ice cold, but they felt warm to the bone for the first time all winter as I walked back out to my car.

I Love the Tropical Tranquility (July special)! I try to book at least twice in July every year. The smells are amazing and I always leave super relaxed and smelling like I just took a trip to Hawaii. July is my birthday month and I love that my favorite treatment coincides!
The tubs are always a favorite too. I have my favorite tub rooms, which I won’t mention, so you can figure out your own favorite. Try them all! All uniquely beautiful.
I’m not a big fan of deep tissue and hard core painful massages. I come here for relaxation and ambiance. It’s beautiful and classy and well kept. It’s money well spent every time

I’ve been a customer of this establishment since 2018, I can’t get enough of how gorgeous each room is decorated. My boyfriend and I enjoy coming here to have quick and quite get away. We’ve had the pleasure of booking about every spa room. The jacuzzi is great relaxing experience with private showers for the customers comfort . Each individual room has different Feng shui theme with different Amenities. I can’t wait till they reopen ( In dire need ) of couple’s message!

I’d give this place a 3.75 star. I think the deduction comes from 2 things which is A) a lack of a nice waiting area and B) since you pay in advance, you don’t get the option to add on any extras and they don’t ask either.
My friend and I did a spa day and decided to come here. There is a very tiny lot, but at least it’s something. We got in and checked in right away and paid. The folks at the counter didn’t offer any upgrades or ask for any add-ons. Most places have you pay at the end. They did offer water/tea.
This is where it is weird, there is only hard benches all in the open area. We waited for our spa room and went in. We got an hour in there, which was great.
Afterward, you put on a robe and walk upstairs through the main lobby. Again, this is weird. You wait in an open area where you hear everything before you are called into your room.
The massage itself was very nice 🙂
I will go here again as I like the soaking & massage combo, but I wish there was more privacy

Love this place! I am sure going to miss all the relaxing time I had here! Every single time I visited this spa, it was amazing. The rooms were so clean, relaxing, the perfect way to end a stressful day or week. If I could clone this place and put one here in Florida I would in a heartbeat.
If you are looking for a getaway, this is definitely worth the drive, you won’t regret it! You will get hooked and will want to come every week.

This is an overdue review for Watercourse Way! I came here back in June for my boyfriends birthday and have been dreaming of coming back ever since.
We opted for the June special but decided to come on a weekend when we both could relax 🙂
I loved everything about our experience. From the moment you walk into the bath house, you’re immediately in another state of mind.
The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot of massages since I have a bad back.
The June special starts you off with a salt scrub (amazing) and then you go into the shower to rinse off and enjoy the steam for ~15 min. Once your body is relaxed and your muscles are ready, you enter into your massage.
The only thing I regret is not making an appointment to try their actual baths. I’ve read a lot about the cold plunge and how good it is for you.
Can’t wait to be back!!
P.S. If want to come here for a couples day, make reservations at least a few months in advance. I’ve been trying to find a perfect weekend day where I don’t have to get a massage at 8pm and they’re always booked up.

Very huge fan of Watercourse Way.
I booked a 60 minute hot tub and sauna session along with another 60 minute couples massage for myself and my boyfriend for his birthday.
Although the room was smaller than I had initially thought, with the shower area being a duel-use shower and wet-sauna chamber, the room was quite lovely and the photos that fellow posted did it justice.
60 minutes is a bit long for using the hot tub and sauna area, so it would have been nice if they had the option of 30 minute sessions; however, since they are popular and very busy, from a business standpoint, the 60-minute appointments make sense.
The couples massage was a great experience.
Two different therapists, tending to our sore muscle needs, side by side. The only thing that was a bit awkward was that the first therapist would say something and then the second therapist would say the same exact thing 2 literal seconds after.
The massage, itself, was just-okay for me. For the price point and from looking at everything else, my expectations were not quite met. My boyfriend, however, seemed to really enjoy his massage. They also used hot stones, which was a very welcomed enhancement.
