Can’t wait until you guys reopen. Best deal is to get Shiatsu 60mins which makes it entry fee free. Always very clean. Free wifi. I like the several types of sauna as well. Definitely the detox place for my weekend

Heads up… the womens only side.. there are rules all over and even on the glass door prior to walking into the shower and hot tubs.
Its posted, laminated and written in english.
It’s good to spend a few moment to read them.
*NO underwear, bathing suits inside*
Why?
Because it’s for hygiene purpose.
First of.. you have to take a shower before getting in the tubs, get rid of oils, body lotion or whateva… then soak and relax.
Can you imagine having someone in there with you with a bathing suit on… the fabric is collecting bacteria and it’s just un-hygienic.
I got there and I told someone to take it off because it’s the rule, (also a little gross) she ignored me.
Seriously if you are not going to want to be naked as to follow the spa etiquette… then just don’t go. Go somewhere else where you can swim around in your bathing suit.
It’s so rude and uncourteous to others… lots of people come here, all shapes and sizes and benefit from this place.
Most people who come here have similar intentions for SELF-CARE so, no one will look at you.
This place is a gem because It includes the cleanliness, quietness… so please be mindful about the whole shower thing prior to going inside the tubs as well as not wearing any bathing suits.
That will be really great and appreciated by many.

Everything was great except for one thing. The ramen was from a package and the seaweed soup wasn’t as good as the one in Wi Spa(K-town).
Appointment making was very easy and children were allowed. Not all Korean spas would allow children. My daughter was 11 so a Korean spa located in the South Bay was a plus! The ladies were super nice and very accommodating. This place is smaller than Wi but it means fewer people. That again, was the best part. It wasn’t crowded when we went on a weekend. We had plenty of time to try all the rooms and nap on heated stones.
As usual,we had the Korean body scrub. One thing I’ve noticed too was, they only offer petroleum jelly as moisturizer and there was no lotion.

His place is a amazing! Incredible saunas and hot tubs and even a cold plunge tub. 4 different types of Dry Sauna. A great place to get a body scrub. Amazing for the whole family. I go once a week. Definitely worth the money.

Torn between 3 and 4 stars.
Went back after a couple of years (my last review was in 2016), and I enjoyed the experience overall, but had some issues as well.
pros:
1. Affordable Korean spa. $55 for 30 minute body scrub and entrance to the facility. I usually just get the body scrub, the massage is a little painful for me.
2. Plenty of food options in the coed area, different treatment room to try.
3. Spacious coed area and not too crowded like Ktown spas.
cons:
1. They need to ask their patrons to tone down the volume if necessary. There were a group of women that came that were super loud in the bathing area, that were laughing and joking the whole time I was trying to relax in the hot tub/steam room area and that kind of ruined the experience for me. I had to ask a worker to ask the ladies to turn it down a bit, but it was no good. I’m not asking for total silence, but you can’t be carrying on like it’s your living room. Maybe the staff can be better trained to deal with that type of situation.
2. The food in the coed area is overpriced and not that great. It’s ok, but could be so much better.
3. The body scrub itself was ok, sufficient but not as good as body scrubs in Ktown spas.
Overall, I’d go back for the convenience, but not sure I’d go out of my way to come here. I feel like with the right management, it could be a lot better. It’s hard since there isn’t much competition in the South Bay area. I guess we are lucky we even have this, otherwise it would be a drive to Ktown.

I love this spa! Great facility! Great food! Always smiling! Had a massage once, wasn’t great and wasn’t bad, actually was very different, unique and strange. Lol. I see some bad reviews that are funny. Wouldn’t worry to much about those! Do have your own experience here. Be receptive, Smile and practice healthy sanitary manners, follow their signs and guidelines and this place will be a good experience for you!

If going best to do during not busy times as it could be crowded. They have 3 hot coed room and an ice room with a relaxing area on second floor along with restaurant and massage area. For $25 entrance or $70 include massage you can spend all day here relaxing. Bring a good book to read while destressing. The food is ok not the best but it’s fine.

I had a fabulous time at Riviera Health Spa.
The sauna rooms are relaxing and the cold, warm, and hot pools are too.
I am happy I read all about what to expect on Zarimassage or I would have been unpleasantly shocked by all the nudity, hahaha.
My Gold Treatment (their best package) was divine. Sunny gave me the most glorious scrub, massage, and facial. I was very happy with my time here and am excited to go again.
Quick what to expect:
Check in, pay for treatment, take shoes off and deposit in shoe locker, use your key to open your clothes locker, change into their gym clothes to go upstairs or take a shower and go into the sauna and whirlpools downstairs, lose 5 pounds worth of skin during your scrub, get a fabulous massage butt ass naked, have your hair washed, and leave relaxed, smooth as a baby’s bottom, and excited to return.

Do they do this to everyone? Or just the non-Koreans?!!!
First, I’ll tell you why I gave 2 stars, instead of 1. The massage was great. Yumi was awesome and knew exactly what she was doing. One on the best massages I’ve ever had.
When I called to make my appointment for a 2-hour Swedish Oil Massage, the lady told me that 1 hour was $80, 1.5 hours for $110, and 2 hours for $140. When I checked in this morning, they charged my credit card for $140. As I was leaving, they told me that I owed another $20 because it was $160 for 2 hours because it’s $80 for each 1 hour!!!
I told them that I was told on the phone that it was $140 and even the check-in lady charged me $140. Plus, why isn’t 1.5 hours $120 if it’s $80 per hour?! They said that it was a mistake and charged my card $20.
Then, I asked for the receipt and it showed 2 hours at $140 plus $20 oil!!!
You know, after Yumi’s massage, I thought I had found a new place for my monthly massages, but the above incident made me not want to go back again. $20 will not make or break me, but that’s the way to treat your customers. Even if it were really and truly $160, you should have honored what you quoted the customer on the phone AND charged him upon check in.
Really bad customer service, if you ask me.The other issue that I had here was that there are not big towels!!! You are given one towel as you check in. You are supposed take a shower before entering the Jacuzzi, take a shower afterwards, dry yourself, get your massage, and then you are out of luck if you want to shower again to get all the oil off of you!!! I used 5-6 small towels to dry myself. Which, BTW, probably amounted to more than one big towel…
The place is relatively clean and unique, I used the Jacuzzi and the steam room. And as I mentioned, the massage was really good, but how I was treated and CHEATED for $20 was enough for me to give this place only 2 stars.
