I was finally able to use my membership and I had an AMAZING Swedish massage with Ada. She was absolutely fantastic! Everyone that I encountered was kind and professional. Looking forward to my return

Ouch. Don’t expect the relaxing massage you may get a Burke Williams. This hurts, seriously. You may be bruised and sore for days, but it’s a “good hurt” I tell myself. Thankfully, your pocketbook won’t be hurting as much as

I love this place, smells amazing and clean. Maria does my eyebrows and Brazilian wax, she is the best. Maria is so friendly and always attentive making sure I am okay. The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience

Love this place! I am a owner of Flirt Salon and I refer my clients to them. They take such good care of us!

This place is so cute! I came in one tune last week for a 5 layer peel facial so I don’t have much experience there but I would like to post a review for them. They are located in a very convenient spot just south of Orange Grove on San Fernando, right next to Granville.
I got there early, but had to check in 15 minutes before my appointment. They had me fill out and sign a waiver form and then They offered me sweets and champagne while I waited. How sweet! A lady showed me around in the back since it was my first time there. They have lots of different rooms, a sauna, lockers, showers, etc, and fake candles and sweet smells filled the hallways. The entire entire is just gorgeous and very relaxing!
The lady who did my facial was awesome. The room was cute and the facial was relaxing. Since I was getting the peel facial I expected serious results like I have gotten fro other places in the past. The hour flew by and everything was great.
When I was getting dressed at the end I noticed there was no mirror in the room and I found this bothersome. I wanted to fix my hair before I left and I thought I did but when I got to my car I realized I looked like a mess. Oh well!
As I was paying for the facial the lady had left me 2 products to consider buying. I had wondered why she had questioned me so much about what skin care products I used as she was prepping my face. I admit I really dislike going to get massages and facials and having people try to sell my products when I just wanted to go there to relax. But I decided to give the $58 organic rye serum a try anyway and left after I paid the almost $200 bill.
The next day I noticed little difference in my skin. It did appear there was a slight improvement but that dissipated the next day, unfortunately. I ended up doing a glycolic peel at home a couple days later and got the prep results I was looking for.
I also tried the eye serum but the next morning I had a humongous, deep pimple appear on my forehead where I had rubbed some extra eye serum. The eye serum pump pumped out more than I needed so I thought that I would not let it go to waste by massaging it on my forehead, but clearly that was a mistake. Since I never get zits I knew it was the oil in the serum that had done it and I was reminded yet again why I buy oil free skincare products.
So, overall this place is nice. The people that work here are so nice and sweet and all of them were wonderful to me! I just wish that their peel facial was stronger because I do not think I will be coming back to them for facials again. I might however try out a massage at some point and I will update my review when I do.

I work in Healthcare, and after the insane year we’ve had I decided to treat myself to a massage here. I emailed the office and confirmed with someone a time and date. However when I showed up to my appointment I was told they hadn’t scheduled it and were fully booked, despite me showing the emails where a time was confirmed. To their credit they restructured a few patients in order to still fit me in, and made sure I received the type of massage I needed. I’m sure it was frustrating for them but I was shown nothing but kindness. The massage itself was wonderful and the atmosphere it very calming. It’s a great place to go to decompress, just make sure you reconfirm any appointments scheduled.

Scheduled a prenatal massage here last week and definitely regretted that decision real quick. Like most pregnant women, I have lower back pain, should be pretty obvious to someone who is trained in prenatal massages. I even mentioned to her a few times throughout the hour that I have really bad lower back pain.
The massage sucked. She basically just rubbed oil all over my body. No pressure. Nothing. I get it, she’s afraid I’m pregnant blah blah blah. But wtf am I paying you for. Please save your money and don’t even consider this place for a pregnancy massage, they are not trained for it.

First time customer, converted believer! My husband surprised me with a spa package after a hard week at work… and wow! I can’t believe how awesome the experience was. I immediately was greeted by the friendly front desk receptionist, checked in and once I hit the doors I was transported. The facility is so clean, and calming i forgot I was in the heart of downtown Burbank. Fawn gave me a great massage. I switched rooms for the facial and Megan gave me one of the best facials I’ve had in over a year!!. I wa so confident leaving that I went to dinner at a steakhouse in Studio City without foundation, and only a bit of lipstick. Gotta go back soon.

The spa was nice and quiet. Very clean and tidy as well. The receptionist was pleasant. They did have a new hire there who had just started that day so I can’t fault her for not being as knowledgeable as I usually expect from the girls at the front but she took my questions and was able to get me responses quickly. Plenty of organic fruit to eat while relaxing. It’s located near the mall and convenient to get to. I purchased a 90 minute massage which was awesome! The masseuse did an amazing job. I felt great after. The only downside of the whole thing was the lack of amenities. It would be nice if they had a whirlpool and a sauna. Unfortunately, it’s a small location, but it got the job done. Overall it was a great experience

I am pretty shocked to see any negative reviews for this place; I have been to this spa multiple times over the course of the past few years and have never received anything other than exemplary service and a been pleased to the max with the amenities and offerings. I’ve gotten facials, had a spa bath drawn before (heaven), and have had a few massages but this particular review is for the couples massage my boyfriend and I received this past Saturday.
My boyfriend has had a tremendously stressful year and as a Christmas present for him, I decided to book us a couples massage. In my mind, the gift wasn’t solely the massage itself; it was the stress relief of the overall experience that I was sure would be of benefit. We were not disappointed. We arrived a bit before our appointment, changed into robes and sandals, and spent maybe 30 minutes lounging in their serene tea and salt rooms – big rooms strewn with oriental cushions with calming music playing, and the salt room had a wall made of himalayan salt panels that were faintly illuminated from behind. There are big bowls of fresh fruit at every turn and crisp iced water or mint tea. As always their facilities were sparkling clean and very pleasant, and the girl at the service desk was sweet.
The massage itself was fantastic, and the first my boyfriend had had in maybe 10 years. We had hour long Swedish massages with hot stone incorporated. It was super calming and romantic and the girls were great – Stella was my masseuse, thank you Stella! I am sorry that I do not recall the other woman’s name. I felt like a total noodle, relaxed in the best of possible ways afterward.
After our massages, we dipped into their on-site sauna for a brief bit, then took cool showers to rinse off the oils and heat of the sauna. I really can’t complain about a single thing, I love this spa and would definitely go more often if I had the finances. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality experience in Burbank though

Spa-mazing! My husband treated me to the Ultimate package, which gave me a 90 minute deep tissue massage, followed by a 90 minute facial, & finally a 60 minute herbal foot massage. I was a little scared I would be bored & antsy, but that thought couldn’t be further from the truth! It doesn’t look like much walking in, but once you pass the door to the spa it’s like you are in an oasis. I was amazed at how big this place actually is.
Fon, my massage therapist, was a spitfire! She has MAGIC hands & I could not believe the power of her touch. I felt invigorated, relaxed, and worked out all at once! I love that she asked permission to touch my face & my head before she started & was always making sure the pressure was the right pressure. After my service she brought me some water & I went to the waiting room, where I had some lovely hot tea & watermelon.
There is a ton of fruit every where you turn here: apples, bananas, watermelon & pineapple….. the tea is to die for!
After a few moments of relaxing, LJ (esthetician) escorted me to her room. To say she was wonderful is an understatement! Attentive & with a light touch, this was one of THE BEST facials I have had in years. I thought 90 minutes for a facial was a long time, but i was amazed at how quickly it flew by! They use Eminence Skincare, which has always been an underground favorite of mine, which i only seem to be able to find online and at beauty shows….. nice to see brick & mortar who carries it! My skin feels great & my husband said I looked amazing! I will DEFINITELY be back to see her again.
After my facial I headed to the salt room….. calming, as it should be, but my only complaint is that the chairs in this rooms should be more comfy (in their defense, it is a small space).
My last service was with Debra, a 60 minute herbal foot massage. This starts with you sitting on the ottoman facing the chair, and a nice back & neck massage, which I melted in to…. I sat down in the chair for my foot massage, Debra wrapped me in a blanket and I actually fell asleep wrapped in this cocoon of comfort. The only bummer was the therapist getting ready for another client, who was kind of like a bull in a china shop!
The staff at the front desk was attentive & provided great customer service. The gal (I didn’t get her name) who took me back & gave me the tour, was thorough & showed me all the ins and outs of the spa. I did miss out on the sauna, maybe next time…..and there DEFINITELY will be a next time!
What an amazing birthday treat, I am so happy to have been able to experience this hidden gem!
