This place is consistent and doesn’t matter who you use, they have all been trained in the ways of the shiatsu.
Just tell them the 2x areas you want them to focus on and relax. They will also eventually get to the other areas as well.
I have knots on my shoulder and have super tight neck muscles from sitting in front of a monitor all day. Their technique to loosen the neck muscles might be a little painful but it does serve a purpose, just tough it thru.
I have an increased ROM(range of motion) and always refer people.
Its even better that you don’t disrope, and there is no oils..they use soft sheets.
People that have given this place bad reviews need to grow the #$@$ up and reset your expectations.

I was in need of a quality massage with good pressure to relieve my chronic back pain and tension in my neck and shoulders. After reading the reviews of the local establishments, I decided to try Quick M since it’s close and the price was reasonable.
Setting up an appointment for the same day was easy. I called about noon to set up an appointment for 1 but they didn’t have any openings till 2:15. The receptionist was very pleasant so I don’t understand why a few people were complaining about getting an attitude. I think some of these people just feel entitled and get bent out of shape when they don’t get what they want when they want it.
I arrived early and they were able to take me about 1:50. I didn’t get the name of the masseuse but he did a great job working from top to bottom. He was very attentive asking frequently if anything hurt or if everything was okay. He started with very light pressure but adjusted as felt the areas that were extremely tense and needed more power. As much as I tried to stay awake for the entire hour, once the tension was gone, I was down for the count. The relief doesn’t last too long due to all the issues with my back but to be pain free for even a short time is a blessing. One hour was $50 which I thought was fair. I don’t frequent these places much so I wasn’t sure what the average tip should be. I gave him $10 and he seemed pretty happy.
The one negative has to do with the parking lot. It’s a big lot but many spaces are tight and there are many restaurants so it can be hard to find a decent spot if you’re trying to avoid door dings. If that’s an issue for you, I’d park further in the back instead of right in the middle of the businesses. Lots of lousy drivers in the Tozai Plaza.

I’ve been here several times and just like the title says Quick Massage (no happy ending). My last masseuse was Tatsu and he was very very nice. He always made sure I was getting the right amount of pressure (to my liking of course). The place closest late and tends to be booked very easily so although walk ins are welcome…. I highly, HIGHLY Suggest that you make an appt. prior to coming. Prices are reasonable and they tend to be very punctual w/ calling you in 5mins. Before your appt. starts.
I’ll definitely be coming more often because who doesn’t love to get pampered right?? Try this place and see what you think.

I was surprised by this location! Everyone there is very professional and it’s very clean! I also liked the fact there aren’t any rooms, everything is just out in the open and it made me feel more comfortable. The masseuse asks where you want her/him to focus is and they go from there.
I was skeptical in the beginning because of the website and hours of operation, but it’s a very nice place and affordable. I am definitely going to go back. They take walk ins, but I would recommend making an appointment because sometimes there are more people and the wait is longer.

I had a one hour massage for $50. My masseuse Linda was able to locate to muscles that were knotted in my back and shoulder (both left side). It was just the right pressure for Shiatsu massage. They had availability within an hour notice and the environment was very relaxing. I had almost fallen asleep during my massage and I hate doing that because I often snore…..how embarrassing that would have been! At any rate, I digress. Quick Massage was the best. For the price and convenience, it was well worth it. The only advice I have is that it is located in a shopping center populated with 90% restaurants, so beware of parking at lunch and dinner times.

Have always loved this place. Every massage therapist has been knowledgeable. Except today. He had no idea what he was doing. In fact, he strained an area that I didn’t have problem with. Usually I explain what area I am having trouble with and the person attending me has no problem finding the root of the problem, and I have always felt so much relief. Today was so awful I wanted to cry. Then, the receptionist inquired about a tip. No, you don’t ask. I give freely when the service is remarkable. Today, the service was awful

I’m glad I could finally find a great massage place!
My therapist was skillful and made sure the pressure. She asked me which parts were tied/stiffed so she focused on where I wanted to ease.
The massage was fully clothe on and no-oil, which I prefer. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and friendly too. They speak English/Japanese. The price is pretty reasonable. I’ve had many massages at Chinese/Thai places, but this is way better than those cheap massage to me.
I’m sure I’ll be back pretty soon.

PARKING IS AWFUL and the early bird special is a hoax. Call at 9 am and the spots are practically always filled. A better, customer friendly way is to take early bird calls the day of only (none of that advanced reservation business) or have a few techs available for day of callers. Frustrating business practice!

So this place is awesome for a deep tissue massage. My only complaint is that they insisted I pre pay which I found a bit odd at first but I went along with it. As I waited for my massage I observed two Asian males pay as they exited. That’s when it clicked. I’m not of Asian descent, so it was obvious to me they felt I wouldn’t pay after my massage. Not a good business practice as this may offend people. Keep your policy consistent for everyone if you insist on prepay.

Today I had the pleasure of receiving a pressure point-centured massage from Joe-san. The best way to describe Joe is a cross between a detective and a praying mantis. He kept finding pressure point after pressure point on different limbs & parts of the body I didn’t even realize were that sore, because I had become used to feeling that way.
But what really set Joe apart was that each knot he would find, he would check in with me. This is unheard of at least by my broken body. “Is that sore? Right here right? Lots of sitting and typing right? Are you okay?” In other words, an especially great care & customer service approach was what took this massage from good to “it’s g-r-r-r-eat!”,just like good old Tony the Tiger would always say.
Make sure to go see Joe when you’re hurting all over but can’t really pinpoint the source. Here are his hours:
Joe – san:
Mon – 9 am – 4 pm
Tues – 1 – 9 pm
Sat – 2 – 10 pm
Sun – 5 – 11 pm
