Catrina was super professional and obviously well educated on the workings of the body. I got a 60 minute deep tissue massage and instantly could walk easier. She has 10+ years experience and it shows. She worked out kinks I didnt even know I had! Super comfortable table, wonderfully relaxing music and dim lighting helped me relax. 100% would recommend!

Disappointing. Unlike many of the previous reviews, I did not purchase a groupon. I found Mindful Healing through a friend who gave a good review. I had booked a 90 minute massage about a month out and was looking forward to it. I work in healthcare and my schedule can be unpredictable. Knowing that, I put the appointment on my calendar and made it known that I would be unavailable on that date and time; making adjustments to other’s schedules to ensure I could get to my massage on time. A few hours before my appointment I got a message that my appointment had been cancelled. It was then that I saw all the reviews discussing this issue. Cat had reached out and offered to reschedule, which I took as a good sign. We reschedule for the same time, two weeks out. Well, like clockwork, a few hours before my rescheduled appointment I again received notice of cancellation. This time, Cat, did not reach out to reschedule. Luckily, I have not lost any money on this gamble, just time and energy. I was hoping to give a better review but thought others should know to tread lightly, it’s not just those who have purchased groupons who are getting burned.

READ THE REVIEWS!!! have to agree with every other 1 star rating about cancellation…. I unfortunately am one of the people that received the groupon as a gift and looked forward to my massage. I booked this massage almost 3 weeks ago, had to confirm my appointment 3 separate times only to receive an email and text 2.5 hours before my massage that there was a “conflict in the schedule” and that my massage was cancelled and to send my availability to try to get back on the schedule. Based on the other reviews, it seems that maybe she needs a better way of keeping track of her schedule!! It’s interesting that the client gets charged if they cancel less than 24hrs ahead but she seems to cancel hours before. I definitely won’t be wasting my time trying to reschedule and potentially get cancelled again. I will take my small business support somewhere that wants it!

PLEASE DO NOT buy a Groupon or schedule an appointment with her, I assure you , it will be a waste of your time and money. I scheduled an appointment. She sent an email a few hours before stating an emergency came up. I rescheduled for another day. I drove all the way their and ONCE again she canceled. Apparently she was sick and instead of calling me she sent an email. She was not apologetic what so ever. Oh but if you book an appointment she takes your credit card info and CCO argues $30.00 if you do. Not cancel at least 24 hours before. I feel so stupid for not reading reviews before purchasing. She seems to do this often. No respect for other peoples time

I received a Groupon to Mindful Healing as a gift. Catrina cancelled our first appointment due to being sick. (No problem; it happens) We rescheduled; she cancelled a second time for being sick. Thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt and so I rescheduled a third time; for 1:30 pm today. At about 12:15 she sent a cancellation. No reason, no apology. Nada. I of course; a wee bit piturbed …sent an inquiry. She responded with simply “I am having car trouble.”
I told her I would not be rescheduling a fourth time. I fully recognize that things happen and that people get sick ….but….. car trouble?? C’mon … with Uber and Lyft and everything else in between; she should have walked to her “studio” in order to honor the appointment today.
From reading other reviews on Groupon; it appears I am not the only one who has been bamboozled by Catrina.

I cannot express enough gratitude for how amazing Cat was. I got an extremely long treatment: 90 minutes Swedish, plus the extra 15 minute scalp massage, and 30-min raindrop therapy. I originally booked this as a birthday treat to myself, but life happened to throw some crazy stuff at me and I considered cancelling because it was such an emotional week. I’m so thankful I didn’t cancel, because Cat was not only very skilled, but she was kind, patient, understanding and calming. She has a very kind presence and it’s clear she’s experienced and loves what she does. I will definitely be going back, and I would recommend if you’re in need of a “treat yourself” moment.
