I’ve been a member for a couple of years and love Massage Passyunk. Unlike other membership-based places, your credits carry over and don’t expire. All the locations are immaculately clean, simply and beautifully designed, and you can choose from a wide variety of oils and music styles each time. The staff are always kind and professional and I love the convenience of booking on their website – as well as the flexibility of multiple locations. I also have to give a shout out to Ted, who I got a massage from yesterday. Not only was it one of the best I have ever received, but he was so incredibly friendly, calm, kind, and pleasant. He took the time to explain everything and also checked often to make sure I was comfortable, that the pressure was good, etc.

Horrible service. We are members and called for an appointment. The receptionist had left the building at 11:30 and they were open. She said she would call me back when she returned in 15 minutes. That never happened. I called back twice and it went to voice mail. Finally got an appointment at 1 p.m. but the therapist was half an hour late. Then she hovered at the end to make sure I gave her a tip. Very poor service.

Poor customer service, clueless and disorganized staff at all three locations !!!
We purchased a couple’s massage at Rittenhouse and were told there was no problem at this location. When we called to schedule the appointment, we were told that their rooms were not large enough for two and we’d have to go to Fairmount or S Philly. Once we arrived at the S Philly location we were told that a couple’s massage was much more what we paid even though other staff cleared it with their manager that what we paid was adequate.
Once we got over all this, the actual massages were relaxing and the therapists were pleasant.

Easy booking, immaculately clean facility, AMAZING massage from Kylie. I love how they let you choose your oil scent and music. Also love the chocolate truffle and water you’re given after your massage, on a little tray. I’ll be back!
