Side Note: Last night I watched Chardae(Manager) and other Staff Members of ME handle an Irate Customer with such professionalism!
I wont speak to much on what went on as it wasn’t my business but I would like to Compliment Chardae & ME staff for handling the Demanding Customer with Text Book tactics!!!

Just had one of my best ever massages with Karen. She asked good questions, really listened, and then customized the massage to my likes and avoided my dislikes.

She also applied just the right amount of pressure and checked in to make sure that it was what I wanted.

She also heats the table and uses a variety of hot towels and massage tools.

Would come back in a minute!

Also, this Massage Envy is in a grand old bank of yore and the space is incredible.

I thought this massage experience was okay. I went in because I had developed an ache in my back and knew it needed to be worked out of my muscle. The masseuse gave adequate pressure but I felt he was speaking to me too much during the massage as he attempted to “upsell” me with add-ons. Ugh. Nothing is worse than trying to relax and having someone give you a massage with a sales pitch. I would possibly return due to its easy accessibility but honestly this wasn’t the best experience.

As an existing Massage Envy member, this location is like no other! The building itself is so stunning. It’s a renovated bank, with high vaulted, bronze embellished ceilings and marble flooring and walls. It is so beautiful.

Aside from that, the massage I had with Sebastian was amazing! I have really bad neck and shoulder problems, and he was great at pinpointing where in the muscle needed work through communication. Definitely not just rubbing oil, but a thorough stretch and actual massage.

After my session, I was greeted by one of the owners, Avi (I believe his name is). There was a great spread of wine, cheese, fruits, etc. He was super hospitable and really informative about this new location! I will definitely be back in a few weeks when I need another massage.

For the most part, finding a massage envy location that you truly love is hard to come by, let alone, finding a massage therapist that is worth the experience. Well, let me tell you about this wonderful location!!!

It’s gorgeous! I’ve been coming to this location for the last 2 months and it’s truly beautiful and clean. The front desk employees are friendly and very accommodating. I just had a massage with Jonathan and he’s absolutely amazing! This was truly one of the best massages I’ve had in a very long time. He is patient and doesn’t rush through the area and keeps a steady and comfortable pressure. Throughout the massage he ensured he was respectful and asked how everything was going. I’ll keep coming back for Jonathan. Finding someone as good as him is hard to come by

This is my second review of Massage Envy DTLA. I have completed a wonderful long-term membership! My go-to masseuse at this location is Dev. She knows how to work out ALL the knots (I carry mine are in the shoulders) and is great about giving suggestions for what to do in-between massages to work out the fascia. Book her!

I have also had two AMAZING facials with Angel. She explains everything before she does it and has a very gentle touch. Try a facial, you will not be disappointed.

They weren’t kidding about how beautiful this building is, what an amazing facility for wellness. I had a little intro mix up that they quickly remedied which I appreciated. Javier was my therapist – he was very responsive to the issues I explained and was very knowledgeable. He also made great recommendations for additional relief between massages. I will definitely be back to see him and take advantage of all of the de-stressing techniques I can!

I am so happy I found a massage therapist who can relieve my chronic pain without hurting me. I have fibromyalgia as well as a recent leg injury and Jarett has helped me so much. I have been a Massage Envy client for many years and have had many therapists. Jarett is by far the best. He communicates with me and uses the right technique and amount of pressure necessary to relieve painful and tight muscles. He uses a very light touch to help drain lymphatic fluids which reduces inflammation. And I am never sore afterwards.
I suggest the 90 minute massage- 60 minutes is never enough. #M.T.M.T4U

Downtown ME, my second home for sure. I was treated with the best service ever. It was my first chemical peel ever. I recommend skin care services to all. Although this brother was scared, Angel the Licensed Esthetician stayed professional and courteous. This guy loved the fan part.
