Marina Thai Massage is a mini oasis and hidden gem! It’s clean, covid-safe (they take their precautions and sanitizing very seriously) and the women are so friendly – tiny but VERY strong!
My friend referred me to them, saying during stressful work seasons “she goes once a week”. I thought she was being hyperbolic but I gave them a try. My body was aching from packing and moving heavy boxes during an apt move. I booked a 90 minute Thai Massage and got such heavenly relief that I saw them 2 more times that month! I’d go every week if I could.
I prefer the 90 min Thai Massage. I tried the Thai Swedish and while I enjoyed that, I felt the most relief and nuanced technique from the full Thai massage.
Seriously…stop reading this review and go book an appointment now! I cannot say enough great things about Marina Thai Massage.

Amazing Thai/Swedish massage!
We were so sore after a long hike and we booked a massage to loosen up the muscles and boy we needed it. It helped us tremendously.
they were also very friendly.

Came in with a hurting shoulder and came out with hurting back. Be careful if you demand for a massage on table with walking person on it. Such things should be accurately executed and a customer should not feel pain afterwards for 4 days in a row. Hopefully the masseuse did not injure me for the life. 🙁 but honestly not going back there.

Best Massage I’ve Ever Had!
After a fall off my bike 3 yrs. ago I’ve since experienced pain & stiffness in my neck/shoulder & down the left side of my body that I can’t seem to get rid of despite acupuncture, PT, etc… I’ve tried Deep Tissue massages but never a Thai massage. After researching massage therapists in the area & reading reviews I discovered Marina Thai Massage. I booked an appointment with Mr. Johnny & I’m so glad I did. He immediately knew my painful sore spots & read my body like an expert. Clearly he’s skilled at his craft! I have since gone back a few more times to Mr. Johnny & have decided to continue getting weekly massages. It’s the type of pain that “feels so good”. I know he’s targeting my knots & am hopeful with time that my body begins to heal itself. Go try it. You will not regret it one it! Very professional & worth every penny!

Wow, I had no idea how screwed up my body was until visiting this salon. Had Jonny who was amazing and gave me the most intense massage I’ve ever had- I could hardly take the pain at certain points but It is exactly what I needed. It’s amazing how much stress affects the body – I’ve been focusing too much on work, worry and endless travel and neglecting my physical and emotional health. Jonny reminds you how important it is to put a little time and money into your body. I think I need to go once a week- good thing the price is right and they know what they are doing! Not super fancy but who really cares when you are face down and have someone walking on your back??

This place is just fantastic. They know what they are doing and you will feel much much MUCH better after. I’ve been in SF for 10 years and I couldn’t find a better Thai massage place other than here.

Amazing! I have had pain in my back, neck, and radiating down one arm, along with extremely sore muscles due to working out and stress. I booked the 60 min. Thai massage, and I can honestly say it was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. It was intense, but in such a good way. I feel 100 times better already. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend

I cannot say enough good about this place.
First and foremost: if you’ve never had a Thai massage before (like me), you should definitely try it.
I saw someone else’s review saying they walked out of this cute and comfy place feeling like a whole new person. Usually that’s just an expression, but here it’s the honest truth.
Do yourself and your achy body a favor and go.

Wow. After biking for six days from Los Angeles to San Francisco, I came here for a deep tissue massage in order to help with my recovery. Long story short is was excellent and good value ($65 + $10). As a triathlete, I stretch and roll frequently, but this was the next level. I’d come back for sure.

Hurt so good!!! After putting my body through all kinds of physical endeavors with exercise, crazy commutes with heavy bags, and overall stress, Marina Thai successfully helps my body get back into a relaxed state. While the space is not super fancy (and you can often hear the cars buzzing down Lombard), the massage, itself, is well worth dropping in!!

Johnny or NJ are really great. You can get a massage for twice or three times the price that’s not as good. They are real masters of their craft and give the pressure needed to relieve even the tightest knots.
