Chelsea was very on point and applied the pressure that I needed. She also educated me on type of pain that I was having was siatic pain and I kinda thought it was but she confirmed it and recommend some yoga videos to watch on you-tube. Over all my experience was great!! I thought the last massage I had at another place was great but my massage with Chelsea was actually what I had been wanting for a long time. I will definitely be back requesting Chelsea. Thank you Chelsea for giving me the exact type of massage I have been needing for a long time!!

I highly recommend any of the staff at LaVida Smyrna. They are professional, well trained and the environment is very relaxing. Just what’s needed for a superb massage.

My husband scheduled a couples massage for my birthday because I needed and when we arrived the receptionist had him down for a personal massage. He then spoke with the owner who booked the appointment (that he confirmed with not me nice but twice) and she tells him that he basically didn’t say couples massage. I will not be back to this establishment what a waste of time considering how full Atlanta is and how hard it is to book anything.

This was my first massage in about a year since Covid hit.
Today was simply amazing. They are SUPER CLEAN which I appreciated. The receptionist was very professional and pleasant.
I got a massage with Aimee and I must say this was the best experience I’ve have with a massage therapist. She makes you feel comfortable, important, relaxed and listens to your needs. I felt so relived after my massage. Made me wish I booked a 90 min instead of a 60 min lol.
She has such a sweet soul and great conversation.
I was so impressed with how amazing she was I got the monthly membership for 90 min massages and will be going to Aimee every month. I’m very happy with my service and very thankful to have met Aimee. You are the BEST!

Very friendly, on time, gave me all my time i paid for. Excellent ambience, good sized tables. Great first experience unlike a different location, i tried before. Ebonee was a pleasure, best massage Ive had in years. Still feeling the effects of the pain, pressure, and tension she relieved day later. I will be a regular.

First time trying LaVida and had a great experience. Booking the appointment online was easy, the facilities were clean with a calming ambiance, and the woman at the front desk (I forget her name!) was so friendly, professional, and helpful. Beth did an amazing job on my massage – she is clearly very skilled and knowledgeable, and she focused on the areas that I requested. Definitely returning soon.

The entire service was amazing. The customer service and the massages. The environment was very clean and relaxing. The therapist included us in our service and gave us options. I highly recommend and most definitely will visit again.

Ycianda is very knowledgeable about the body and muscular system. Although I felt pain at times during my massage, I feel no pain or soreness after leaving and today is two days later. The atmosphere at LaVida Massage of Smyrna was relaxing, calming and quiet. I chose to become a member. Yeah!!! Taking care of me!!!

I lost track of how long it has been since I have been coming here, membership is a great deal if you are not already signed up! Owner was very kind to accommodate my cc type for membership when office no longer accepted that form, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, I usually don’t have time to call the office to book a session during normal office hours with my crazy work schedule, so it’s nice having an after hour automated text to confirm/book services.
I’ve booked with various massage therapists at this location and they were ALL wonderful, no bad experiences. However, Aimee has been one that stood out for me as somehow she knew exact pressure to use and target areas to attack without me even having to mention. Didn’t feel any soreness afterward either. She is so in tuned to your needs, and extremely knowledgeable.

Oh, my god! I did not realize how badly I needed a massage! I suffer from chronic pain, and I noticed after sleeping wrong, that my shoulders were very stiff. I decided to go here, and I cannot tell you how happy I am that I did! My masseuse was very professional and tapered the massage to my needs. I walked out feeling soooo relaxed. Relaxed to the point that I couldn’t remember the last time I felt this way! I slept through the night with out waking up in pain for the first time in a year. I will definitely go back! Also, just so you know, the staff were very friendly, everything felt very sanitary, and when I left, they politely asked if I would like a membership without putting pressure on me to get one. Go get a massage here. You won’t regret it!!

I had a one hour full-body massage. The massage therapist, Herb, was very professional and asked the right questions to target problem areas in my back and shoulders. He was also attentive to any feedback I gave during the massage and adjusted accordingly. Very comfortable, good communication and relaxing experience.

Love this place and amazing staff. We have been members here just over a year and they are always wonderful. Tried a few therapists before finding a regular. They were all skillful. But I love that my therapist always asks about target areas, is gentle and firm, very thorough, and gives me tips for stretching and relaxation. I would give her a shoutout but I don’t want her to be too booked for me

LaVida Massage has very nice, and attentive staff. Receptionists are very professional and organized, and the masseurs are amazing. I saw Ycianda, and I’m eager to set up another appointment with her. The rooms are so calming and all of the music gives off such a relaxing aura. Would highly recommend.

I was in need of some relaxation and the place I typically go to had no openings for same day. I googled and found LaVida. I called and was able to get scheduled for an hour, full body massage. Upon arriving, my therapist and I discussed that the massage would be the entire body, and i informed him the areas I wanted a bit more pressure. After the introduction, we prepared for the massage. It started out being one of the best massages I’ve had, and I’ve had many, typically every month. He used the right amount of pressure and I felt relaxed the entire massage. When asked to roll over onto my back, I did as asked. He massaged my neck and the upper part of my back. And……… to my surprise, the massage was over. I was honestly in shock as I was waiting to have my arms, hands, and the front of my legs massaged. I felt extremely disappointed and short changed. What started off as a phenomenal massage left me feeling unfinished and not entirely relaxed. I’ve never had a massage that my entire body wasn’t massaged. Although the therapist was very skillful and professional, I unfortunately went from loving every minute of my massage to feeling confused and duped. I was looking forward to getting my entire body massaged.
