I am very satisfied with the empathy and kindness shown by Christine. Her skill is at a level that demonstrates a passion to help her clients find relief. I will sleep much better tonight and have a better week for having attended to my physical concerns. I will be booking again.

Wow. Just wow. Amber Trevino is, hands down, the best money I’ve ever spent on my body. She is getting into old kinks and tweaks that I didn’t even realize were there and explaining how everything connects every step of the way. I love this approach, but be aware, this is not a typical relaxation massage. If you are in tune with your body, ready to invest in deep tissue work and geek out on how trigger points connect to other muscles/areas in distress, this is your place! Prices are worth every penny ($119/60 minutes) and include tip, which I really appreciate.

I went to Amber and I must say, she was really professional and thorough. She focused on my tight areas and worked out all of my knots. The experience was so relaxing. I honestly didn’t want to leave. I recommend this place and I also recommend that you ask for Amber. I plan to continue to receive massage therapy there on monthly basis. The atmosphere is great. I left as a very happy and satisfied client.

Colleen was very attentive to my needs She took time to read my intake form and gather feedback regarding what is effecting my body. I appreciate her organized process and attention to detail. I feel she went above and beyond my expectations and was a pleasure to work with I look forward to working with her well into the future

My back has been stiff/hurting for the past year so I wanted to try massage to see if it would improve the situation. I spoke with Sage on the phone and she set up an appointment for me with Travis. She then followed up with an email that included an appointment file I could add to my calendar, which was helpful.
Met Travis for my appointment and after I filled out a brief medical history, he got to work. I really appreciated his attentive listening to how I described the problems I was having. He seemed to know exactly what the problem was working the right areas without needing much guidance from me. It’s amazing how a massage expert can easily identify stiff muscles in other people. Throughout the massage, he often asked if he was using too much pressure, but I thought it was just right. He coached me to focus on my breathing and relaxing the muscles he was working. By the end of the hour he had made such a difference that my back felt so relaxed that I noticed how relatively stiff my neck was (I couldn’t even notice this when my back was tense). Travis spent the last few minutes loosening up my neck and left feeling fantastic!
Overall it was a great experience. Everyone I talked to there seem friendly and professional. Couldn’t have been better

Travis is an amazing massage therapist and I highly recommend him! Especially if you care about your body and wellbeing and want to learn some new ideas of how to fix your dysfunctions and ailments (yes everybody has these!). I went in with neck pain and knee pain and Travis impressed me from the start with how he asked about it. He was different than the “typical” massage therapist who looks at the paper forms you fill out and then just goes from top to bottom of your body, through their typical routine. Everyone’s bodies and injuries are different so I appreciated this customized and thoughtful approach!
Travis asked me at the beginning “what have you tried already and what seemed to work the best?” so he could make the best use of our time and build off of the techniques that seemed to help me the most. In this case it was ART and moving through the range of motion while he released my trigger points.
The other thing I enjoyed about my time with him was the self-care advice he was able to give. He gave me insight into some new things I can try on my own – including mobility work with lacrosse balls and using epsom salt to increase hydration of my fascia.
I enjoyed my time with Travis and am eager to book my next session! Thank you, Travis

Saw Amber today. What a blessing. She has lot of knowledge and took the time to explore my back to work the trigger points for my pain.
She has sweet personality and I am looking forward to see her for my next therapy.

I saw Travis who was awesome! Travis is very knowledgeable, I was impressed (I’m personally a PT, so I have a good sense of whether or not people know what they are doing and what they are talking about). I loved that he asked questions such as “do you run hot or cold?”, “have you had this type of work done before?”, “do you want this to be more of a relaxing time or do you want to focus on certain issues you are having?”. And also since he knew I know my anatomy, it allowed us to work together to “fix” me. He worked a lot on my anterior neck to help with some end range cervical extension pain I was having, which felt so much better afterwards. He also did some work on my back including cupping, which I was new to. I would definitely recommend Travis for any pain or issues you have, he takes into account the whole body which needs to be done a lot more in Western medicine
