This is a great, no frills massage parlor for those of us who like deep tissue massage. Jasmine does *not* mess around. She has one level of depth – deep, lol. The massage is fairly traditional, utilizing fingers, elbows, knees, feet….
Her availability is pretty good and at 50/hour in San Francisco, she’s also pretty cheap.
If you have kinks you need to work out and don’t need all the fluffy salon extras, then this is the place to go.
Make sure to bring cash though. She’s cash only and payment is required up front.

No wasted time, very nice, honest, walk-in full body massage, and a great value for SF. At the end she asked if I had any areas needing special attention, and did some extra work on my lower legs, which were fatigued from running. I’ll definitely return. I don’t think she takes appointments though.
Update: my second visit didn’t go well. I doubt I’ll return, but encourage people to check it out for themselves.

Jasmine is kind and knows her job very well. I left there feeling relax and pain free. Looking forward to see her again.

Telephone conversation just now:
Her: Hello?
Me: Hello, is this Jasmine Massage Spa?
Her: Yes.
Me: Ah…I’d like to schedule a massage, please.
Her: Just walk in–no appointment.
Me: Oh. OK. May I ask how much it will be, please?
Her: [garbled]
Me: I’m sorry, I didn’t get that. How much for one hour?
Her: [incomprehensible]
Me: I apologize, I’m still not understanding. What is the cost for a massage?
Her: –[hangs up]

Well… to compare with the price for an hour that was so cheap. But if you would like real massage, I would recommend to find somewhere else

She was lovely, very kind and very talented. So glad to have gone to her. Straight forward massage therapy – into it!

First off, on 5/24/15, she was charging $50 for 45 min, $40 for 30 min., so I think the $50/hr rate may be over.
At the very beginning, she asked for $50 for the 45 min. Then, when I was already on the massage table, she grumpily barked something about having another appointment. She showed me a small clock and said she would only give me a 30 min massage now. “But I already paid you for 45 min,” I replied. She responded, “Yeah, I’ll give you the change, but you HAVE to give me a tip.” (Mind you, she is self-employed, so you’d think a tip is less required. Plus, I had not even received the massage yet, and she just lowered the time amount w/o my agreement…and she’s already hassling me about a tip?!)
Still, I was already there, I wanted a massage, so I got the 30 minute one. It was good, but not great. There were times when she was stepping on my back, which jammed my throat against the neck/head rest. They were other times when it felt very good. She used her feet well while ‘back-stepping’. It was a decent massage.
Then at the end, she put my girlfriend and I (we both got massages, separately) in a very awkward position. We’d already given her a 20% tip (which was way too generous looking back on it), and yet, she asked for more money. We needed $5 change b/c we didn’t have small enough bills, and she offered that because she had used her palm heavily on my back, we should let her keep the change (for a total tip of something like 25%).
Good that other people had a great experience at this place. Maybe she was in a bad mood on our day. But the fact is that she was dishonest and unpleasant.

Didn’t see many reviews, but I’m a massage snob so let me tell you. 50 bucks for an hour and if you like deep tissue you need to try it out. For a tiny woman she packed a punch and I’ve usually paid twice for lesser deep tissue that I was still satisfied with. Tip well though bc I think she hurt her arm a bit trying to impress me but I’m a bit of a hard body. She was all business no chat, that being said her English is very poor so calling might be an issue, but take it easy on her not knowing English she is there to give a great massage not be your therapist. I think I’ll be coming back for a long time as I have a job that takes a toll on my shoulders and I know a massage pro when I meet one. If too many people find out about her, the prices may go up so maybe I’m dumb to post this, but I want to shout to the mountain tops how great I feel right now about my massage here! Hallelujah!

The masseuse took me as a walk in, just before closing time & gave me the absolutely BEST massage that I have ever had in my life. I suffer from a chronic pain disorder (Cervical Spondylosis). After my massage, I felt GREAT relief that I haven’t felt in quite awhile, in that particular region. The masseuse here is/was very detailed & professional throughout the session, but also very warm & tender on the body parts that needed to be. I HIGHLY recommend he
