I had the most relaxing and deep massage at Health Spa. I also purchased a Groupon and was able to get an appointment the same day. I got very lucky. The shop is quiet and dark so you will need a moment to adjust after being in the Vegas sun.
The staff was polite and helpful but do not speak a lot of English. Honestly, it wasn’t needed. The Groupon was for a session of reflexology and a foot detox. The overlap the detox (warm foot bath) with some deep massage on the rest of my body. After being an active tourist sleeping in a hotel bed for 5 days, this is exactly what I needed. I would make this part of my regular routine if I was a local.
I *highly* recommend this place to help with aches and pains. I am going to call tomorrow to see if they have another appointment available before I leave.

Very nice staff! They have a clean, relaxing environment. Good deals and good massages. At some reflexology places it can seem like you get very different massages based on who gives them, but they seemed very much on the same page for my wife and I so I imagine that results in more consistent work.

Yesterday I bought a groupon that clearly stated 60 min foot reflexology AND 3D technology chair massage. When I used it I was given a total of 60 min foot/body massage (No 3D tech. chair). When I asked about the chair I was told they no longer have them… Um, you should not advertise it on your Groupon then, cause it sounds like you’re getting 2 separate services not both jammed into one. Not what I was expecting. Massage was okay, but definitely not reflexology! More like a Fast/Firm Swedish.

Excellent Massage! The Health Spa has an extremely clean, relaxing and aromatic environment right when you enter the doors. The super nice lady greeted us right when we walked in. They will ask whether you like to have a male or female masseuse and accommodate readily. This spa is very clean and peaceful and the girls are always friendly. The best thing about this place is that it doesn’t give you the vibe that a sketchy place would give. They are all very professional and likewise well-mannered. We both asked for female masseuses and I had Jill she was fantastic. She worked out every rock solid knobs and tight kinks and made it the utmost enjoyable hour I had in a long time.
Price is Inexpensive. $20/ hour massage and I can tell they do every pennies worth. Throughout the entire time she was much focused and would consistently ask if her strength was comfortable for me. She even gave the hot stone reflexology; the first time was an amazing experience. It felt like I was floating in a warm, serene experience. I would definitely come back for seconds.

Amazing amazing amazing. Best experience ever. Loved it. I came out like a new person. I’m from Los Angeles, CA and felt so stressed out that here in Las Vegas, NV is where I came to find this nice place to be stress free…

This review is mostly for my second time getting a reflexology massage.
Today: WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I arrived around 2pm and no one was getting a massage, so no wait. A lady greeted me, and I asked about prices for a reflexology massage. This time, she said $30 for the hour long foot reflexology with other massages (same type of massage as last time). I mentioned that last time I got a menu, because I wasn’t sure what choices I had. She just laughed. That should have been my first warning. Okay, I will pay the $30 because maybe they raised their prices. I know it’s not Southern California (where it’s $15 for an hour massage and they only expect $5 tip, but I give them $10). The place is clean, I’ll give them that. As she was doing my massage, I felt like she was falling asleep. Every other time I’ve received a reflexology massage, they masseuse has pressed on points on my feet and it has hurt, but in a good way. I usually feel like screaming due to the yanking of the toes and pressing hard into the ball of the foot, but I keep it to myself. This time, it felt like it was less than a Swedish massage. I’ve been to many foot reflexology places and Chinese massage, and this was definitely NOT a reflexology massage. Then, after all of that, it came time to leave and give the tip. I gave her $11 (according to their chart that is a little more than ‘happy,’ even though I really wasn’t, and 36% tip)… and she had the nerve to say that’s too little tip! Are you kidding me? She said that’s not enough because it was an hour massage. I gave her another $5 to make it a $16 tip on a $30 massage and stormed out of there. I wasn’t even offered water. I will NEVER spend another penny at that business ever again, or recommend them to any of my friends.
First time (sometime last fall): 3 stars. When I arrived, I received a menu with the different massages and prices. I chose the $20 reflexology massage, which included a little bit of head, neck, shoulders, arms, and back with clothes on. I got a male masseuse, and he was good, but nothing like the masseuses in Rowland Heights, where I first experience foot reflexology. His hands smelled like scallions, so when he put the oil on me, I then smelled like scallions too. Not a huge deal, I like them, but it’s still kind of gross. There was no wait, but there were many other people there getting massages. I tipped him $10 cash, which in my opinion (that’s a 50% tip) is enough, although their sign at the front states $5 tip if you are unhappy, $10 if you are happy, $15 if (…), and $20 if (…). I stopped reading after $10 says you’re happy, because I think that is a ridiculous way to tell your customers how to tip. All in all, I thought it was okay and I would go back because it isn’t one of those shady sex parlors that I’m scared of running into here in Vegas…
