I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful and serene the office was, considering it was in a business complex. My boyfriend was a licensed massage therapist in the early 2000s and he agreed with me that the therapists did a great job. They were very nice and listened to what our wants were. He is hyper-mobile and has a lot of knots and tight tendons and IT bands, the therapist listened to his concerns and gave him a through deep tissue massage.
The only thing that I thought could use improvement was their tucking techniques. I don’t think I had any exposure but it could have easily have happened. I’m comfortable with my body so it wasn’t an issue for me but I would suggest tucking tighter.

I’ve been going to this spa for 3 years to have couples massages done. I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is always pleasant and the therapists are great. The ambiance is soothing and relaxing. I absolutely love the relaxation room with the complimentary wine & pretzels.
It is important that I note that I’m also a member at Massage Heights where I get monthly individual massages and Healing Hands is most definitely comparable to the larger chains.

Everything about this place is shady and I know for a fact that not all staff members are properly trained or certified to perform massages etc.

I booked through Groupon for a couples massage and arrived 15 minutes prior, signed in and had wine and some other refreshments and they brought us back into the room and let us get undress and comfortable. Our massages started directly at 4:00 and enjoyed it. Trinity and Kelly were amazing and totally loved them. Definitely will be back

Very nice place once you get past the door being a bit awkward, but won’t knock them on it. The price is great, and the staff was very friendly and professional. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and massage itself.
Overall really good experience.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and always had a great experience. They have great deals and it’s always a spectacular massage. However, this time was majorly different. I made an appointment for the hour long couple massage at 2pm. We were called at 12:20 and asked if we could be moved up to 1pm. As we live an hour away, we told them we could, but would be late. Barbara said this was fine and we headed up. We sent a text message to the phone number that we had been texting previously saying we hit traffic. At 1:20, we received a phone call from Barbara telling us we were late and would not be able to get in. We explained exactly what was told to us previously and about the traffic. She was extremely unprofessional and hung up on us twice. When I called back AGAIN, my boyfriend got on the phone and she then told us she would see us shortly.
When we got there we were immediately sent back to the relaxation area, and then to the massage room. Looking at the clock it was now 2pm. Our massage therapists were great, but this was definitely not a massage. Sports therapy would be more accurate. They never massaged the neck, or lower back, only legs and shoulders. The walls and floors are extremely thin, so anyone walking into the businesses above them sounds like a basketball team or elephant. I could hear every conversation in the neighboring rooms. Slightly distracting. Upon completion of the “massage” we looked at the clock. 2:32pm. We were then so furious we tipped the therapists and left.
WE WILL NEVER BE BACK.
I am so disappointed with Barbara’s lack of professionalism and how we were treated when it was not our fault due to them double booking and trying to cover up their mistake. We were never once apologized to or even attempted to reconcile their mistake.
“Hour-long massage” – my ass.

STAY AWAY — Every time I come here I have a bizarre experience. This place is terrible. I’ve been twice. And will NEVER be back again. The first time, about a year ago, we got a couples massage and the masseur was karate chopping my face and contorting my legs in weird stretches. Whatever I got that day was NOT a massage. The second time I went was yesterday and the following happened: We showed up bright and early at our 9am appointment. We got different rooms. As my massage started maybe 10 minutes in I start hearing footsteps in the room with us while she was massaging me. The footsteps continued and then started fiddling with something loud. I allowed the noise for about 5 minutes then finally looked up to see what was going on and see a lady rolling in a big machine. She said sorry for the noise then left. Then, a male walks in (probably the owner) WHILE THE MASSAGE IS GOING ON and yells at the masseur to move to the bottom of my body. My masseur says “Pardon?” And he says “MOVE TO THE LOWER BODY!” She obliges, and he proceeds to turn on a bright light in my face and blow HOT AIR INTO MY FACE. I later realized all of this crazyness was because the Groupon included a Facial with it but BOY all of this could have been done WAY MORE PROFESSIONALY. I seriously had no clue what was going on. THEN, when we both got out of our separate massages and begin to walk out a girl who works there walks passed us and says “DO NOT TIP. THEY DON’T give them to us” THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! And is terribly run by bad owners just trying to make a buck. They don’t care about their customers or their employees. Stay away. Spend your money at a real massage place.

This is not-your-average massage parlor in that it is located on the first floor of an office building in a discreet plaza. My second time here with my boyfriend and I have to say we enjoyed our first visit about a year ago a lot better both in service and professionalism.
I have the same troubles as everyone else as far as contacting the business goes but Barbara does call you back shortly after you call them. Why this set up? I’m not really sure. The general question asked when booking/coming in for the massage is if you bought it off of Groupon which indicates a majority of their business comes from these deals. I’ll let you decide if that’s a good or bad thing. I, myself, first visited this place with a Groupon but was brought back by their “One hour couple’s massage for $60” Christmas gift certificate special.
After stating that we’ve been here before upon arrival, we were told to head to the waiting room to settle in and relax. It was much brighter in this room from the sun gleaming through the windows than I remembered so that was a bit dismaying. However, there were several wine options laid out on a table along with pretzels (which I really enjoyed for some reason) in this area as we filled out some info. on a sheet of paper and waited. They also have tea and water bottles available as well.
Overall, my massage with my masseuse was pretty good. She focused on the areas I stated in my paperwork, asked how the pressure felt & periodically checked to make sure I was enjoying myself. I also liked the fact that she made sure a towel was strategically placed over my head/eyes when lying facing up & down. Contrary to other reviews I’ve read, our masseuse used warm oil on us during our massage! As for my boyfriend’s masseuse, we believe she was either new or in-training as she didn’t seem to have the confidence my masseuse possessed. She wasn’t sure which room we were to be put in and my boyfriend said his head/face was never covered during the massage.
Things I didn’t quite like about my experience here:
– Our masseuses didn’t introduce themselves to us until after the massage was over
– We were never asked if we wanted a Swedish or Deep Tissue massage (I believe we got the Swedish one)
– My boyfriend’s table squeaked during our entire massage which was very distracting
– Lack in professionalism when entering the facility
All-in-all, this place seems to be a “hit-or-miss”. Will I come back? That I’m not sure but it’s a pretty decent place that offers wine as long as you purchase your service(s) on Groupon or when there’s a deal available.

I so adore this place and am a current employee .It’s the best and most easy going environment to be at! They run and strict but very fair. They are very professional and understanding. The owner is a retired veteran. So for the record any negativity towards the business is because they were a former employee who got FIRED, unappreciative and lacked work ethic and ambition. I definitely recommend here for the best relaxation and a warming feel!…its not fair to the business that lies are placed on this site by unworthy past employees. Just look at the Groupon reviews. Have a blessed day

Arriving at the office park it was quite empty and a little run down. When I entered the doorway it seemed a little on the sketchy side. I rang the bell 4x, finally Barbara came to the door. It was very peaceful and quiet, the staff was friendly. I was offered hot tea or self pour wine in a dark waiting area while I filled out a quick sheet about my needs. The masseuse was such a sweet young lady who took me to my room.
She was very conscientious of my needs and concerns. Her technique was very fresh and new, like right of school new. After it was all over with and I was dressing, I happened to see an open laptop facing the table. That was very uncomfortable to me and at that point all I wanted to do was leave. I didn’t notice the laptop going into the room because of the darkness. I look back now writing this review and should have said something.
If you should notice this on your visit, please ask.
