Super relaxing. I had the hour long therapeutic massage and a facial and it was amazing. Each woman took their time and carefully went through each step. It was amazing! The hour will fly by. Definitely a just for those who workout or just need a relaxing day.

I was skeptical about float therapy but after my back pain became unbearable I was ready to try anything. SO glad that I did! Super relaxing. I was even able to pop my back after days of not being able to pop it. The customer service was great and the new experience was freaking awesome! Will definitely go back.

I’ve had about 6 float sessions over the past few years, I don’t really go for joint relief although it really does relax you and relieve pain. I go in more when I need a very quiet and relaxing place to meditate and clear my mind! This last time I went for both meditation/ back pain relief because I fell and have been having some back problems, I also purchased their cbd balm! Omg!! LOVE! I rub it on my lower back and neck when I have pain, cbd works wonders and they sell it there! 🙂 friendly staff as well makes you feel at home,

Float Me is amazing. The owners are really lovely and every employee I’ve had contact with has been really great too. The business is very clean and all of the rooms are nicely set up. The float tanks are really nice. It’s not a small pod. They are decently sized and easy to be comfortable in. They provide you with ear plugs and there is soap available to wash yourself if you don’t bring your own. They provide large fluffy towels and robes. The business is very quiet which helps really keep noise levels down when you’re in the tanks. They have nice little bags of salt and other gifts you can purchase in the front and have a really nice space to fix your hair and makeup if you need to.
They have also added massage therapy with in house massage therapists as well.
I am a frequent customer as is my husband and I could not recommend them enough. I float to de-stress and to help with fibromyalgia flareup symptoms. It’s absolutely the best!

Wonderful massage! My hubby and I enjoyed a 90 min couples massage with Corey and Matthew and I must say 90 minutes was not enough. 😉 we did not want it to end. They were both skilled and comfortable to work with. The funky old location just enhances the charm of this sweet little oasis.

Excellent place, amazing experience. The first time I came in the gentleman explained everything and wiped the ceiling of tank so no drips in my face. (Second time I came in the gal did not so that was a bummer.) Floating is incredible and I love the environment here. Nice, roomy, bathtub-like tank. Clean facilities.

Great first time experience! Booked an appointment for same day which was awesome! Walked in the staff was super friendly and inviting. They showed me the room and gave me great tips before I began my float. I was definitely nervous but once I got in and steady on my float I was enjoying it. I even fell asleep for a little, it was a great time to relax. They had a bottle of water waiting for me at check out which was awesome. It was an all around great first float and I will be back!

I am learning more and more that self care is pivotal to being a productive parent, nurse, spouse, and human in general. This was my first float experience and certainly won’t be my last. It took me a bit to convince myself it was ok to just take a deep breathe and relax on top of the water. But once I did, my mind and muscles truly released stresses I otherwise fixate on. Part of what made the experience so great was the friendly ladies (staff), cleanliness, attention to detail in each personal tub suite (towels, lotion, comb, shampoo, body wash, disposable ear plugs, etc), and chilled water upon exit (to name some). I have already txtd several friends (and my Momma lol) that they must try this!

A little background: I suffer from an autoimmune condition that leaves me with excruciating joint pain, muscle spasms and weakness. I also have rampant ADHD. My husband bought a float for me to combat both.
I was a little nervous, to be honest. I thought I would have a hard time relaxing because I can never turn my brain off. I felt like floating in salt water is always good for joints, so that part sounded good to me. I was stressed about over-thinking and stressed about the cleanliness. Neither of these turned out to be an issue.
I walked in a few mins before my appointment and was greeted with smiles. Super friendly professional staff, who were very comforting and warm. I was shown my room and the procedure was explained to me thoroughly. They have a pretty rigorous sanitation procedure, which put my microbiologically-inclined mind at ease. I showered and hopped in the tank and was able to zone out for an hour. When the gentle music started playing to tell me that time was up, I honestly wasn’t ready to get out!
A few words of advice that I will be following next time I go:
– Don’t drink coffee before you go- not only will it work against you relaxing, coffee is a diuretic and you don’t want to need to pee while you’re in there. Drink plenty of water instead because salt is dehydrating.
– Do it naked or in a VERY comfortable bathing suit. About half-way, I couldn’t stop thinking about how tight my bikini strap was on my neck so I had to sit up and untie it.
– Focus on your breathing; it will help you relax really quickly.
– Bring conditioner and lotion for when you get out!
– Do NOT shave before your float- you will feel every little nick and scrape! If you have anything slightly irritated, wear a waterproof bandaid or something. Do NOT rub your face or eyes! You’re given a wash cloth- use that instead!
So my experience was great and I’m happy with the outcome. I was able to clear this hyperactive mind for almost a full hour, which is pretty amazing. Unfortunately, it didn’t do much for my joint pain. I think for strained muscles, it would be wonderful. For stress, this is awesome! Plus the staff and the relaxing environment are great too! I think it was worth the money and I can’t wait to go back.

It was a wonderful experience to clear the mind. The water allowed me to float like a cork and relax completely. The facility was top-notch and clean as can be. the service staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the experience. Very good price point I would almost call it a bargain for the wonderful clean experience that it was.

Very nice facility and staff! Spa like rooms and relaxing atmosphere too. The floating pods are bigger than I expected. I’m 6 foot tall and could barely touch the walls with my arms stretched overhead. You can float with the pod door open, closed or cracked slightly. When you are done, there is a lounge to relax in with a water fountain and a place to dry/style your hair. If you like peace and quiet alone time, this is the relaxing experience for you.
