I started coming here after COVID shut downs and then reopening because the E Spa has consolidated its stylists, technicians, aestheticians, and products all to this location.
* I’ve only utilized their hair salon services *
I have gone every 6-8 weeks for a trim and a color using Aveda products. Appointments are available usually within 2 weeks when I call. I’ve seen: Lisa Marie, Rachel, Tami, and Katherine.
The staff does its best to social distance, keep common areas clean, and mask up which is a bit awkward when getting your hair done, but it’s better than cutting your own hair which unfortunately I’ve done a few times during the pandemic. The store often has some kind of promotion on products and services, but most are out of my price range.
I’ll definitely keep coming to this location to keep my hair looking pretty

I went in today and my experience is always the best. Everyone is super friendly and the mimosas there are great!I saw Martha for a balayage and it came out perfect! Considering the pandemic, the staff here is very good at sanitizing. Essentials is definitely my favorite!

Went yesterday for a 90 minute massage with araceli. I was originally supposed to go in at 4:15 but a nice lady called and said she was running 30 minutes behind so my new appt was at 4:45. No big deal. I went in my temp was checked and I was directed towards the waiting area which was so gorgeous! I was offered a beverage and didn’t have to wait long.
Araceli came to get me at 4:55. After getting undressed and comfortable the massage began. It was a comfortable temperature and she started with me smelling some lavender which I love. The massage itself was a Swedish massage and I needed a little more pressure but I guess that’s a Swedish massage. My issue is that she ended my 90 minute massage at 6:05. When she came in for payment it was 6:12. I payed $120 for 90 minutes and was cut so short! I mentioned it and she said “oh. Well I can take $10 off”. It’s not about the money but it is about me getting what I paid for.
I also felt that she wasn’t very friendly.though I am so glad she didn’t talk during the massage as I do not like that. The only thing she said to me before was for me to come back to the room and at the end for payment. I felt like since it was the end of the day she just wanted to get it over with.
Overall the place was beautiful and I will be back. At the boutique I spoke with an esthetician that was amazing and I will definitely come see her. I don’t remember her name but she was tall and had shirt black hair. She was amazing!

I like a lot of the services here. It’s hard to write a super accurate review because they offer so many different things. It’s overall a good place. Julie is really good for facials. Often times I think I know more about skincare than some Aestheticians but Julie seems like an actual expert. I’ve gotten my hair done from a couple different people I’ve never had a problem but the last hair cut felt a little pricey. I got a trim and it was $65. I have no complaints about my hair but just thought that was a lot for the service I got. Overall though, the staff is friendly and attentive and the service is good.

Purchased the Valentine’s Day package for my boyfriend in 2020, shortly after the pandemic happened and everything shut down. Unfortunately life got crazy and he was never able to make an appointment with them because of the closing and finally when he called to make it in October, they told him it was to late and that it had expired. How incredibly unprofessional can the establishment be to not accommodate a supporter who purchased a package. Not a cheap package might I add. I had no clue that a gift credit which I paid money for, could expire. Money lost but definitely will never support this business again.

I have been to Essentiels many times for the best spa experience in town! I have never had a bad experience getting a facial or massage from anyone.
I have tried Araceli, Dee, and Raven for my massages and I always leave feeling relaxed & refreshed.
Julie, Jerica, and Kelly are so knowledgeable when it comes to facials! They have all recommended products that have changed my skin for the better!
The packages that this spa sells are great deals and I get them every time they come out with a new one!
I am also very excited to try the sunless tanner they got!!
I will always recommend Essentiels to my family & friends because of all the GREAT experiences I’ve had!

I love this place. They treat you like family, and everybody has always been so so friendly. I had a lot of anxiety about going for my facial, since I was walking in with no makeup. I have rosacea and social anxiety, which means when I’m bare-faced out in public I’m really red.
I now have regular facials with Kelly Garcia– she is INCREDIBLE! She is sweet, caring, and sooo filled with knowledge it’s insane! She’s been in skincare for over 15 years and her expertise shows. She recommended a product but I didn’t feel like I was being sold to– she explained so much about it, and explained how it would benefit my sensitive skin. She encouraged me to do my own research on it since it DOES cost a pretty penny, and so I did. I ended up buying it, and she was right! My skin has been improving so much since I started going to Kelly. She even takes care of my milia, which a lot of estheticians don’t do.
The wait room for the spa area is beautiful and soothing. I love the refreshments (the girls make a mean mimosa) and their iced tea is top notch.
I can’t recommend this place enough. Kelly leaves you glowing, the girls all make you feel super special, and it’s gorgeous inside.

I highly recommend booking an appointment with Jerica H. for facials and waxing services! She is very professional and talented, her facials are so relaxing and I feel so refreshed after a session with her!

Got gifted the platinum gift card which includes a facial/ massage/ and 1 extra service which I made the hair masque and blowout.
Massage- fine
Facial- awful
Blowout- awful
I’ve gotten many facials with no problem but today’s was not even close to enjoyable, first of all the esthetician was confused so I was waiting a good while between services so she seemed rushed the entire service, and on top of that her technique was so sloppy I thought it was a joke. She also did extractions and placed a tinted spf after ward. When I left I looked at my face and there were so many thing missed pores the tinted spf bunched up around them and my skin looked awful. (Not sure of the esthetician’s name)
Now the blowout was a whole other story. I was already in a bad mood from the facial and was so excited to get a blow out cause I suck at blow drying my own hair. Clifford was my hair dresser and it started off fine. He did the masque and blow dried the front of my hair correctly, then after making a comment about how he wished he had my hair since I had so much he proceeded to go ahead and just point the blow dryer down and shake the back of my hair to blow dry the back ( I could of done that myself at home, that is not how you do a blow out). Now those of you who have gotten a blow out I’m sure understand that you are supposed to use a round brush and dry individual pieces instead of just using a blow dryer alone which makes the hair frizzy. I was so close to walking out but decided to stick it through the curling to see how he did. Wish I would have just left. He curled my hair so fast, not even asking were I usually part it just left it where the blow dryer had thrown it ( which is hair dresser 101 ) and that’s was all. I ended up throwing it in a bun as I walked out the door.

Great experience! I’ve been here for skin and massage services and they’ve always been high quality. This was my first time getting my hair done, and it didn’t disappoint. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place! Natalie is the sweetest and has been my stylist for years! She is always sweet, experienced in color and the needs of my hair.
The staff are very nice and hospitable

I had a 9am appointment.
There was another woman in front of me. An employee said we needed to wait and have our temperatures checked. She took about 5 minutes getting someone to greet us in. Finally, a lady directed us to a counter to complete the forms. *Mind you, this is my FIRST time here* She gets my paper and she says “Have a seat.” No eye contact, no specific directions. There are a lot of chairs around. The “First Impression” and ambiance was terrible for me. I felt ignored and unimportant as a customer. Luckily, my hair stylist was there and greeted me after 10 minutes of waiting. I don’t know if it’s a “Social status” thing, but whatever the case is I feel EVERY SINGLE customer deserves to be treated with the same attentiveness as the last. All in all, my hair stylist ended up doing a great job and that is why I gave them 3 stars (minus 2 for the terrible customer service
