Elements Massage – North Seattle

Tabatha was great! Everyone at the front desk was helpful and attentive. It was my first (professional) massage ever and she was so sweet and listened to what my needs were and really focused on those areas! I will be back!

Better than massage envy but still a chain massage location so you get what you pay for

Wow! Rarely do people go above and beyond to ensure your true happiness when a problem presents that isn’t their problem . Due to weather we couldn’t make our massage times, we purchased a Groupon that expires before we could fly back into Seattle.. I spoke to manager and they said to come back when I could which was what I wanted to hear 🙂 great customer service! Can’t wait to meet these kind people !!

Moment you walk into this studio your stress level and blood pressure drop dramatically due to the ambience they provide. To top that they make our safety a priority, so I felt very safe being here during these difficult times. Once I was with my massage therapist she really was wonderful. Asked questions and wanted to know my concerns and if I needed any particular area to work on. She applied the perfect amount of pressure. She was fantastic! I will most certainly return in the future

Great job making changes to address COVID concerns. Massage was as onderful as ever.

It was a different type of massage compared to the spa locations I have gone to on vacation at hotels etc. it was more concentrated on my needs and a couple different techniques that did make a difference. I would recommend Alex to all my friends.

Amazing staff from front desk, to insurance manager, and of course the massage therapists. Highly recommend getting a membership to save some cash and get monthly massages. Also make sure to ask for Mandy, she’s the BEST

From check-in to check-out, the service was great. The friendly, warm environment was relaxing from the start. My masseuse was skilled and professional. I enjoyed the warm table and soft music to make my massage even more relaxing.

Clean, calm and relaxing studio. Friendly staff and knowledgable massage therapists. My massage therapist was Roe and they did an amazing job addressing my general concerns, health concerns and giving me advice on exercises to try and other tips. I will definitely be back. Thank you for an incredibly pleasant experience.
