I’m so happy to have given Elements a try! I saw 1 lady & Brian before (both were good), but I wasn’t sold. I had another gift card to use, so I decided to book another massage. Let me tell you, third time really is a charm!! DEE IS MY NEW GIRL!!! She literally gave me one of the best massages of my life, I would say TOP 3 for sure. I regularly get massages, ranging from fancy spas to foot spas.
Dee made me feel comfortable, spoke the perfect amount (I’m really not a talker) & listened to what I wanted (I like super light pressure & really just want to relax). She is the real deal and I was relaxed AF!!
$119/1 hour massage (non-member)
$89/ 1 hour massage (member) *you get billed monthly & have 1 massage per month. If you don’t use, it rolls over. 30 day notice to cancel at any time.
Dee was so phenomenal that I signed up right on the spot for the monthly membership! All in all, highly recommend! The studio is clean, Professional and they take COVID precautions seriously. I appreciate their communication & texting me appointment reminders and updates.

They finally opened up since the pandemic started and good timing too. I have a connective tissue disorder and I occasionally wake up with a massive amount of spasm in my neck and back. Sometimes I can barely move. They always try to get me in ASAP when I call and I’m in pain, often consulting with a massage therapist to review my case and figure out who can help me the most on short notice. They’ve always returned calls left by voicemail so I’ve never felt forgotten.
I’m between physical therapists right now. I’m a tough customer because there’s only so much you can do in one session, especially without a PT TENS machine, but I always leave feeling like they’ve targeted the right spots and feel an increase in my circulation. It’s incredibly rare that I feel worse the next day and I know it’s due to complications from my medical condition. If I need multiple sessions they’ll get me back in with the right people at the appropriate time.
The front desk is very nice and they always ask if I’m feeling better. I feel very welcome there and I know I’m in good hands. I’m grateful that I can always rely on these people to help whenever I need it.
Also they’re really mindful with their precautions for COVID-19 prevention. It’s clean and I feel safe there.

Dee is an incredible and intuitive massage therapist! Her 1 hour and 90 minute Himalayan Salt Stone massages are such a treat! I always feel taken care of and Dee really listens to your needs.
The staff is always friendly and I feel safe going in the time of COVID. They are well prepared and have a good system in place. Can’t wait for my next session!

Sally was working the front desk today, and it was pleasant. Got in last minute with Jay. He does sports massages, and really beat the crap out of me.
I need to get back in with Mike, and not sure if Vladimir is coming back.

I have always gone to the Elements in Campbell, but because I needed a massage last minute I made it at the one in Sunnyvale. I was a little hesitant to come here because I didn’t know any of the staff, but I ended up getting Brian, who seemed relatively new. Again, I was a little nervous but after talking to Brian and letting him know what I needed, my concerns were gone. He was very nice, made sure I was comfortable, and listened to what I needed/wanted. I was very impressed. Cant wait to go back!

1st, I wish I could give more than 5 stars, bravo! I don’t have massages often. I had Wendy, and she was great. She doesn’t speak a lot of English but, she makes up for it in technic. She dissected me with, seemingly, ease. She knocked out the knots, including ones I didn’t know I had. She beat me up pretty good. I almost could feel the toxins leaving my body. Anyway, I will be back for round 2, at a later date.

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I thought I was coming in for a “lymphatic drainage massage” but that was not the case at all, the therapist let me know it was pretty much just a very light massage and that is exactly what it was. She was a sweetheart which is why I still tipped her very well but I’m pretty disappointed that I just paid $89 plus a $20 tip for someone to rub lotion all over my body especially when my husband does it for free whenever I need him to do so. I was waiting for her to touch at least some pressure points but I got nothing. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this place.

I have been using massage therapy for years as a treatment for the many issues with my back and neck. So trust me when I write this review. The therapist was terrible and incompetent. My husband gives better massages than Phillip. You might want to get a massage from him to see what I am talking about. Never mind don”t bother! He didn’t listen to my preferences. I had to tell him what to do over and over. I had to ask for lotion.
I will say, that the aesthetics of the place were pleasant as well as the front office staff.
I am still looking for a good massage place near Sunnyvale. If anyone has any tips, let me know.

So, a week ago, I made an appointment for a 90 min Himalayan salt stone massage and just got a phone call today about my massage therapist calling in sick. This is completely understandable since massage therapists are people and people get sick.
However, what is not understandable is the lack of empathy I received about the cancellation. I had to ask for when the earliest appointment can be for a rebooking and was told the only appointment I can get is a 60 minute rebooking on Sunday. Anything else? Not possible. No offer to look for something else. No offer to try and rebook for me. No real condolences. Just a “Okay, we can cancel your appointment” and that’s it. It’s almost as if they don’t care about first time clients.
I’ve been looking forward to this massage literally all week. It was a birthday gift to myself. I called out of work to make this work, and things are absolutely ruined.
Thank you Elements massage, but that was absolutely awful customer service.

I had a membership at Elements for at least half a year. They have convenient and flexible membership plans. For $79/month you get one 1-hour massage a month (without a membership it is 30 dollars more) and the nice thing is the massages can roll-over if you don’t get a chance to use it that month.
I’ll start by saying I had 3 excellent prenatal massages here by three different masseuses. They all did it a little bit differently- two had me lie on my side with a leg on a cushion, and one had me lie on an elevated incline. All of them did a great job keeping me comfortable and working out neck and back discomfort. I high recommend for prenatal massages.
Post-baby, I did not enjoy my deep tissue massages. I hold a lot of tension in my upper back, which I think a lot of us do in this area! I tried, I dunno at least 4-5 “deep-tissue” masseuses and I didn’t think any of them worked out my knots well. Most of them use this method where they take 1 finger and press on an area for a long time. That’s personally just not a method that works well for me and I would lay there wondering why they couldn’t use the rest of their hands or how long they were going to press with one finger. I prefer kneading/massaging with both hands. I’ve held massage memberships in both of the cities I lived in prior and was also happy with the unique techniques the masseuses used, but the ones here just weren’t sufficient for the amount of pressure I needed.

I was getting monthly massages at Elements for a while and didn’t have any negative experiences. Walking in the space was relaxed and welcoming, and every therapist I saw did a great job.
After a while I decided I didn’t want to get monthly massages, and when I was asked if I wanted to schedule another session I said I didn’t. Maybe I’d get a massage in the future, but just not keep the monthly subscription. I thought that would be the end of it, until one day I looked at my credit card and saw I had been charged for every. month. since I cancelled. Four months of massages I never received nor intended to receive, with no emails warning me of upcoming charges or any other communication.
I communicated my situation via email to the studio and they’ve been very slow to respond, saying “unfortunately, I do not see anywhere on your account that you requested to be terminated, or the form required to be filled out to confirm termination.” How is the customer supposed to know what exact forms the office needs? Someone should be able to transparently stop getting massages without quietly and predatorily being charged month after month. Toxic business model, stay away and spend your money on a studio that cares about its customers.
