I’m so happy to have given Elements a try! I saw 1 lady & Brian before (both were good), but I wasn’t sold. I had another gift card to use, so I decided to book another massage. Let me tell you, third time really is a charm!! DEE IS MY NEW GIRL!!! She literally gave me one of the best massages of my life, I would say TOP 3 for sure. I regularly get massages, ranging from fancy spas to foot spas.
Dee made me feel comfortable, spoke the perfect amount (I’m really not a talker) & listened to what I wanted (I like super light pressure & really just want to relax). She is the real deal and I was relaxed AF!!
$119/1 hour massage (non-member)
$89/ 1 hour massage (member) *you get billed monthly & have 1 massage per month. If you don’t use, it rolls over. 30 day notice to cancel at any time.
Dee was so phenomenal that I signed up right on the spot for the monthly membership! All in all, highly recommend! The studio is clean, Professional and they take COVID precautions seriously. I appreciate their communication & texting me appointment reminders and updates.

They finally opened up since the pandemic started and good timing too. I have a connective tissue disorder and I occasionally wake up with a massive amount of spasm in my neck and back. Sometimes I can barely move. They always try to get me in ASAP when I call and I’m in pain, often consulting with a massage therapist to review my case and figure out who can help me the most on short notice. They’ve always returned calls left by voicemail so I’ve never felt forgotten.
I’m between physical therapists right now. I’m a tough customer because there’s only so much you can do in one session, especially without a PT TENS machine, but I always leave feeling like they’ve targeted the right spots and feel an increase in my circulation. It’s incredibly rare that I feel worse the next day and I know it’s due to complications from my medical condition. If I need multiple sessions they’ll get me back in with the right people at the appropriate time.
The front desk is very nice and they always ask if I’m feeling better. I feel very welcome there and I know I’m in good hands. I’m grateful that I can always rely on these people to help whenever I need it.
Also they’re really mindful with their precautions for COVID-19 prevention. It’s clean and I feel safe there.

Dee is an incredible and intuitive massage therapist! Her 1 hour and 90 minute Himalayan Salt Stone massages are such a treat! I always feel taken care of and Dee really listens to your needs.
The staff is always friendly and I feel safe going in the time of COVID. They are well prepared and have a good system in place. Can’t wait for my next session!

I have always gone to the Elements in Campbell, but because I needed a massage last minute I made it at the one in Sunnyvale. I was a little hesitant to come here because I didn’t know any of the staff, but I ended up getting Brian, who seemed relatively new. Again, I was a little nervous but after talking to Brian and letting him know what I needed, my concerns were gone. He was very nice, made sure I was comfortable, and listened to what I needed/wanted. I was very impressed. Cant wait to go back!

1st, I wish I could give more than 5 stars, bravo! I don’t have massages often. I had Wendy, and she was great. She doesn’t speak a lot of English but, she makes up for it in technic. She dissected me with, seemingly, ease. She knocked out the knots, including ones I didn’t know I had. She beat me up pretty good. I almost could feel the toxins leaving my body. Anyway, I will be back for round 2, at a later date.

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I thought I was coming in for a “lymphatic drainage massage” but that was not the case at all, the therapist let me know it was pretty much just a very light massage and that is exactly what it was. She was a sweetheart which is why I still tipped her very well but I’m pretty disappointed that I just paid $89 plus a $20 tip for someone to rub lotion all over my body especially when my husband does it for free whenever I need him to do so. I was waiting for her to touch at least some pressure points but I got nothing. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this place

I had a membership at Elements for at least half a year. They have convenient and flexible membership plans. For $79/month you get one 1-hour massage a month (without a membership it is 30 dollars more) and the nice thing is the massages can roll-over if you don’t get a chance to use it that month.
I’ll start by saying I had 3 excellent prenatal massages here by three different masseuses. They all did it a little bit differently- two had me lie on my side with a leg on a cushion, and one had me lie on an elevated incline. All of them did a great job keeping me comfortable and working out neck and back discomfort. I high recommend for prenatal massages.
Post-baby, I did not enjoy my deep tissue massages. I hold a lot of tension in my upper back, which I think a lot of us do in this area! I tried, I dunno at least 4-5 “deep-tissue” masseuses and I didn’t think any of them worked out my knots well. Most of them use this method where they take 1 finger and press on an area for a long time. That’s personally just not a method that works well for me and I would lay there wondering why they couldn’t use the rest of their hands or how long they were going to press with one finger. I prefer kneading/massaging with both hands. I’ve held massage memberships in both of the cities I lived in prior and was also happy with the unique techniques the masseuses used, but the ones here just weren’t sufficient for the amount of pressure I needed.

Many years member. The room is clean and comfortable. And there are many different therapists that you can choose who are all very different from each other. Some use special massage oil, and some use hot rocks.
Tip: Need to book a week early as they are pretty busy.

Elements Massage is generally a brand that’s pretty reliable. It was my first time in this location, but have been to other locations. I heard good reviews from others before about the Sunnyvale one. I got to my appointment 2 min late, and they were kind to suggest that I just sign the form and have the therapist, Jill, fill in the rest. I assume this is to save me time filling out the sheet.
When I got to the assigned room, Jill asked a few standard questions about why I was there & what I wanted work on, and then left the room to give me time to get in the massage bed. The overall massage was fine, and I liked the amount of pressure she used. She was courteous and professional, and gave me advice on neck stretches I can do at home.
The only things I would point out:
– I booked an 1-hour appointment, I got 53minutes. I know because I got there 6:02pm and got out and made my payment at 6:55pm. When you’re charging $109 for an hour (even with the first timer discount of $30), I would say every minute counts. The other Elements location I’ve been to often packed the full hour, so this was a disappointment.
– Parking can be difficult. It’s a small lot around a Trader Joes. I’d get there a few minutes early just to account for that

I just finished my 1 hour prenatal massage with Yanira and let me say this girl is amazing. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and most importantly the fact that I felt light as a feather afterwards! Thank you Yanira you’re awesome! All you mommies to be should go to Yanira ASAP !:)
The customer service was great I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the chick was very kind and communicative. The waiting area is super nice and clean and relaxing as well!

This place greatly exceeded my expectations! Check-in/registration was quick and simple with a short questionnaire. Then at my exact appointment time my massage therapist greeted me and led me to a dim, zen-like massage room with a very comfortable table.
I was coming in with upper back, neck and mid back tension, which all melted away during the 1-hour massage. My therapist consistently asked if the pressure was right — very important since I do not like to be too sore after deep tissue work. I am also getting over some other injuries and he was careful not to aggravate anything.
I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place if you are looking for convenience and a great deal on a high-quality massage in a relaxing environment.

I had a great massage this afternoon, it was my first time at Elements. Great location in the cherry orchard shopping center, close to pretty much everything.
The new client intake forms was a simple questionnaire, I was told to arrive 15 minutes early, but it only took me less than 5 minutes to fill out. I met with my therapist right on time and the massage was great, just the right amount of pressure. My therapist checked in frequently to see if the pressure was okay, whether my face cradle was the right height and whether or not I wanted the table to be warmed. I’m definitely feeling much more relaxed

I have gone to Jay for several sessions and his deep tissue massages help my tense back, neck, and shoulders everytime! He’s a pleasure to work with because of his skills and his humorous and down to earth personality. He makes me cry and laugh at the same time (no joke).
I recommend Jay if you are looking for his specialty deep tissue massage. They hurt, but when you have bad knots like me, it is worth the temporary pain to relieve that tension. He really knows his stuff!

I never liked getting massages, that was until I got a massage as a gift and received one of the most relaxing and tranquil experiences I’ve ever had. My massage therapist was Dee and whenever I feel like I’m sore and need some me-time I always come back and see her. She is very professional and great at getting all my knots out; I even fell asleep the first time she massaged me! (Talk about being relaxed). If you want a great experience I definitely recommend setting up an appointment with Dee.
Things I love about this place:
* well-maintained; clean
* isolated rooms (last place I went to was just a big room full of people getting massaged)
* calm music and warm dark lights in rooms providing much zen
* bed warmers!!!!!
*professionalism
Cannot think of any cons and I’ve been here twice now.

Elements changed me. I no longer go to run-off-the-mill massage salons/spa anymore. I no longer crave for their fanciness/zen-like ambiance; what I look out for is the expertise and the knowledge of the therapists at Elements, and the relief that follows post massage.
It’s also good to understand that you’d probably need to try a couple of therapists before you finally find the one (or couple) that work for you. I did the same with Elements in San Mateo, and then in Sunnyvale – and am glad I came across Dee.
Dee excels at what she does – which is in her own words “make the clients feel relaxed and help the client’s needs”. She’ll do that by making sure the pressure is fine throughout the session, the temperature is okay, your neck is well rested and all other finer attention to details which make it a relaxing visit each time. She’s good with her firm yet gentle pressure which ensures maximum relaxation but also isn’t afraid to try new techniques to relax the muscles. Overall, she’s friendly, always happy to chat and helpful by giving suggestions for stretching exercises. It’s always a pleasure to see her, and she’s genuinely happy to see you too!
The front desk is a breeze, especially with a membership – and you are out of the door feeling like a new person in the same old but energized body. I’d strongly recommend Elements Massage over any other massage clinic/salon/spa on any given day.

Great massage, experienced therapist and very professional. I like that the prices seem fair for the quality of massage I received. I’ve gone to many spas and though Elements doesn’t have all the other amenities of a full service spa the massage I received was on par with those that I’ve gotten at resort spas. I will definitely be back for massages again!

Elements called me regarding my review and wanted to make it right. I scheduled another massage with Diana. If you have neck problems ask for her. It was great. I’m going back next week!
Normally I probably would have given the massage I received 3 or 4 stars but I specifically asked for focus on my neck because of ongoing issues I’ve been having and got about a 4 minute neck massage. UGH! This is second place I’ve gone to. Can’t seem to get a good one.

I have been a member here for years. In the past, I have sent in praise for their website, brought my partner and friends here, and have had nothing but positive things to say.
Things have really gone downhill. I do not know what has happened recently but the therapist turnover rate has sharply increased. 4 of their therapists have left in the past few months and I, yet again, have to find a different therapist. I’ve already tried the rest of the limited weekend staff and do not care for them. Is Elements not paying fairly? Why is their staff leaving?
I have been a loyal customer for years but I am considering taking my business elsewhere because I cannot depend on a consistent therapist.
Side note: the online scheduling system is terrible for browsing therapist availability, consider switching to some other system.

From the get go, my experience here was extremely calming. Everyone was very nice and had great customer service. A special shout out to my massage therapist Andy! He did an amazing job and targeted every area that I circled on my pre-massage survey. He made me feel very comfortable and even offered essential oils in my package. The entire experience was more than I could imagine all thanks to Andy! I would 10/10 recommend Elements Massage to anyone looking to relax and unwind after a busy week

I was having a lot of muscle tightness and was in need I was able to schedule a same day deep tissue massage! The website conveniently indicates what each therapist’s specialty is so you don’t accidentally book a swedish massage person when you’re looking for a deep tissue. If you book online you still need to wait for confirmation via phone/email. I booked with Andy and had a great sports massage that essentially resolved the aches and pains I had. Check in is easy, with a short health questionnaire. Like others have said, the 1 hour booking includes changing time so expect more of a 40 minute therapy time. This experience was also not like other massages I have had in that the therapist will only work on the areas you ask for. So don’t expect a full body tune up. The rooms are quiet and clean, with relaxing music and I got some hot stones added, which was very relaxing but does not do much in regards to working out knots for me. Otherwise, this is a great place to get a last minute massage. They have a membership club where you pay for a discounted massage on a monthly basis and can transfer it as a gift if you don’t want to use it
