One of the best massage I ever had. Clean place. Friendly. Professional. I recommend it. And I will return to this establishment.

Absolutely do not go here! They took our cards to another place to charge our cards without our permission! I repeat, they literally drove our cards off the property! I cannot begin to explain the bizarre and unprofessional experience we had. Please do not waste your time or money! I didn’t even get my massage!!! This place should be shut down

Not Cocos Anymore – Different Owners – Waisted Trip. I have been a regular since Cocos opened. As far as I can tell, Coco is no longer the owner, or atleast has nothing to do with its operation. I called today, made an appointment, and then called on my way to confirm it was still available. The man that answered the phone said yes, come now come now (2X). I was in a hurry so confirmed someone would be able to take me. Well, ended up sitting in the lobby for 10-15 minutes with no one responding (gingled the chimes). Went outside to call again and was told it would be another 10 minutes.

I got the 60 minute foot massage. I though “$35 – that is a great price!” The massage was good and I did feel relaxed. However, when I left the man a 20% tip he said he wanted more money. I was under the impression that a tip was a courtesy, not a requirement – but even so, 20% is sufficient for a tip.

I have been here in the past and have had a fairly good experience with the exception of the staff talking during my massage or hearing the lady taking or making calls at the desk located closely to the massage area. This time I was disappointed and embarrassed because I brought friends to join me who had never been there. Arriving and being seen was fine. We had an appointment and walked right in. We were seated and had reserved a 60 minute foot massage which includes some neck and shoulder massaging as you sit in the chair with your feet soaking. Still going well with my feet soaking and receiving the neck, head, arm, etc. massage. Then I’m nice and relaxed with my eyes covered when he finishes up and prepares to massage my feet. He vigorously taps my legs to tell me to get my feet out of the water and startled me! Then the whole foot massage my feet/legs are resting on the cold wet towel he used to dry my feet off! Very uncomfortable and cold the entire massage.
The final straw was at the end of my massage and what would be the beginning of my husband getting a massage (ladies went first then we left) I paid the bill. It was $35 each and I added a $15 tip. The guy pointed to the tip and asked, “for one or two?” I replied “two.” He literally gave me a dirty look and rolled his eyes!! Now I’m in a quandary because I don’t want my husband to get a crappy massage due to a perceived inadequate tip, so I give him another five bucks hoping he was happy now. I was not happy at all and thought this was rude. My friend did the same thing since we paid at the same time. A tip is extra and should be the consumers discretion to tip what they want, not an expectation. The guys said their massages were fine with the excepting that the two guys giving the massages talked the entire time. This is not relaxing at all and we will not be returning.

First time here and sure won’t be the last. Very relaxing and I like the fact that they follow up on you and inform you when there’s cancellation and if you want to come in the soonest which I did.
I’m definitely coming back and would recommend it for others to try.
