My friend has been a very happy client for a while and I finally gave it a try today. I had a 1.5-hr massage, which was one of the best. Carl is very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. I was having a bad headache and heck pain and he fixed it.
I’ve been to numerous massage places and this is definitely one of the best
Good pricing too

Best foot massage place ever!!!!
We’ve been to many massage places all over Ventura county. This is by far the best one so!They know where to hit all the knots on your body! Amazing! Your 1 hour is plenty of time to get your foot massage!
They basically start with your face, arm, feet (bulk of your time and oh yeah hot stones!!!! Feels soo good) back and then you move to a chair to massage your back more! Pretty cool
So yes go here! Friendly staff and great price

First impressions of this place….
I called the night before to arrange a foot massage for my wife and for myself. The man on the other side of the phone told me 7:30 pm. He did not have anything earlier, we’ll ok, I can live with that. I told him that I’ll take that time, and asked if needed my name. He said no.
Come the next evening…
We walk in, right away the man behind the counter said he only had an 8:30 time. I told him that I called the night before, and arranged for two 7:30 slots. I managed to glance at his note pad, and his note taking was atrocious. No 7:30 slots available.
Didn’t get past the counter. Will we try to give this place a try again? Absolutely not

Whoa whoa whoa
Pleasantly surprised.
Let’s be honest. Massage parlors are a dime a dozen in these neck of the woods. They’re all fairly affordable and to be honest they tend to all have the same repertoire. I say this as someone who has frequented a bunch of spots all over the 805. It doesn’t mean I’ll stop going. On the contrary. What I actually like to do is visit them all to see if they are in fact all similar.
My visit here tonight proved that they’re a little different than the rest. As I’ve been doing before driving over, I called first to make sure someone was available. The woman who answered was pleasant and confirmed someone was available. I’ve been opting for 90 mins instead of an hour because gosh darn it, I deserve it.
I was led to the first room, closest to the front desk by a guy who turned out to be my masseur. I’d say 80% of his repertoire was similar to all the other places I’ve visited. Where he did however stand out is that he gave me a proper face and head massage. That was literally the first time someone took a chunk of time to focus on the face. He also had this one weird move that I didn’t quite understand, but it made my back feel better.
I’d also like to point out how he periodically asked me if the pressure was just right or if I was doing ok.
This very well may be my go to spot from now on.
There’s only downside and that’s you hear the foot traffic from the kids going in/out of Baskin Robbins next door. I’m fairly certain this only applies to the room closest to the register.

I have been coming here now for about 3 yrs. I consider myself a regular. However the last 2 months I have noticed new people and I’m pretty sure they changed ownership, since a lot of changes were also made in furniture and style. I really liked Kevin who did my massages, he wasn’t too harsh. The new guy, Carl is very skilled but just too hard on this delicate flower (lol). If anyone knows where Kevin is, please let me know!
If you really need a rub down Carl is your guy!! He knows the acupuncture pressure points and is not afraid to use them! The last 3 visits I find myself praying the phone would ring and he would run to answer it so I could catch a break

I’ve been coming here for years and always fall asleep like a baby on how amazing the foot massages are but today was far from it. I left in tears from the rough hands of my massager. I couldn’t bear to sit through anymore and when I politely asked for a lighter massage , I was told that I “needed” the rougher hand since I was very tense. I was very tense due to the fact my leg was twitching to the harshness and now I’m home and my left leg is bruised very badly!!!!! Instead of apologizing for making me cry my massager showed me a pressure point map to show me he was doing what he was suppose to do, which is fine but for those who are sensitive to pressure shouldn’t be forced to have a hard massage! Very disappointed and won’t be going back there anytime soon!!!

This place is great. Been twice now and have had a positive experience both times. The prices are right and they usually can always squeeze you in. This is a nice clean place and the linens they use are clean. Very good experience. Full body massage for 1 hour for $40 and a clean place. Two thumbs up.

I am a professional cook and work 10 hour days. I always have pain on my arms, neck, lower back and legs. I came in for a 1 hour massage after hitting the gym and felt incredible during and after my massage. I definitely recommend coming in for a massage, after a hard working day.

Sad to be putting a one star on a once 5 star massage place, ever since they changed owners a couple a months back there massages are awful, they have no experience, what so ever. Will not be going back and its sad had been going to that place for years.

I grew up near Bobo’s but live in northern California. I visit my family frequently, but as I get older, the drive down south takes a toll on my back. So, I’ve been trying to find a good massage place to cure my soreness and tightness. I stumbled upon Bobo’s and thought I’d give them a shot.
They’re open late and always seem to have availability when I call to schedule an appointment. Lisa is my fav. of all the masseuses. She applies a firm hand and always seems to find the knots and work ’em out.
I usually get the hour massage in the private room. No funny business here. This place is legit and doesn’t tolerate anything but professional behavior from their clientele.
Pros:
-Place is always spotless
-It’s quiet (Not all massage places are)
-Staff is friendly
-$40 for an hour massage
-Plenty of parking
-Masseuses will listen and ask questions about pressure, where to focus on, etc… (and if they don’t ask, just speak up and tell them what you want)
-The take cash or cards ($1 fee for cards)
Cons:
-I wished they relocated to northern California

This is exactly what the Dr. ordered. It’s Friday, I had a crazy-stressful week and I got an hour massage with hot stones for $30. Sometimes, it can be “hard,” but it depends on the person and preference. I asked them to focus on my neck and shoulders and I feel so much better. You can go in, relax, and get a decent massage for a reasonable price. I’m so happy. This is no Massage Envy, but if you need that one knot worked out or your feet and hands gettin’ a good rub down, you won’t be disappointed. Hope you enjoy…
