Came here with my fiancé yesterday for a couples massage. She had JEN and I had JORDIE. She was very pleased with Jen, but i’m here to talk about Jordie.
Jordie’s massage (75 min, deep tissue/hot stone combo) was OTHER WORLDLY. It was so amazing I truly felt we were connecting on a spiritual level.
The spa facility itself is fairly basic, but I can’t recommend Jordie enough. Wowowowow.

Found this little hidden gem while in Laguna beach! It’s a pretty quaint boutique day spa. The staff are very friendly. I called for a massage. They had availability within the hour for a 50 minute custom massage. I was able to book the appointment over the phone. You have access to the spa all day. Parking is valet only and $8 with validation for 2 hours. Pretty steep but you are paying for convenience. They have everything you need to relax and pamper yourself. The women’s lounge has a jacuzzi and outdoor patio area and also a steam room and showers with amenities to get ready. The co-Ed lounge is really relaxing with a nice fireplace and an outdoor patio area as well. As far as the massage I had Jen as my massage therapist and she was wonderful! She worked on my knots and made sure I was comfortable with the pressure. Such a great experience!!

I made a reservation over the phone for a mother-to-be massage for my wife and a facial for me one month ahead. They sent me an email confirmation the same day I made the reservation and then, they left me a voicemail the day before as a reminder of my appointment. I thought everything was all set.
On the day of the reservation, we tried to check in but could not. The receptionist told us that they could not find the reservation and they had no staff to accommodate us. They offered to reschedule our reservation and comp us a meal at their restaurant. However, this was not what we came for. We left disappointed.
Booking a reservation over the phone and having an email confirmation does not guarantee an appointment here.
